Amy Adams – the awesome singer and actress – is engaged.  And it is about time!

Amy and her boyfriend of SIX YEARS – Darren Legallo – proposed recently with a bauble from a French ring designer.  Nice!  The pair met while attending acting school back in 2001 and began dating shortly after.   They do not have a wedding date set yet.

Patrick Dempsey, who plays Derek Shepherd, “Dr. McDreamy”  on Grey’s Anatomy and wife Jillian welcomed twin boys on Thursday. The twins, named Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick, were born in Los Angeles.

They join 4-year-old sister Talula in the Dempsey household. Dempsey and his wife met in 1994 when he came into her salon for a haircut. (She now has her own high-end cosmetics line.) They married in 1999 at the Dempsey family farmhouse in Maine.
