Penelope Cruz looking pretty hot on location for her new Spanish film, Los Abrazos rotos (Broken Hugs as translated in the US and its international title as Broken Embraces). The movie is written and directed by world famous Spanish director, Pedro Almodovar. The filming of Broken Hugs has just began in Lanzarote, in the Canary Islands.  Penelope is looking hot and yes, the Canary Islands can get pretty darn windy so make sure you hold on to your dress!

Penelope Cruz’ getting all affectionate with director, Pedro Almodovar at their new movie’s Broken Hugs  (Los Abrazos Rotos) which premiered in Madrid, Spain last Friday.  Watch out Javier Bardem – you ‘ve competition there.  Almodovar is the most successfully and internationally known Spanish filmmaker of his time. This is the third film, Cruz has teamed up with Almodovar.  Okay, let me not make up stuff here, it’s just for the photos!
