Penelope Crus is annoyed by all the pregnancy rumors. Cruz has been looking considerably round in the past few weeks, causing nosy bloggers like us to speculate if she’s knocked up. Last night Penelope got a little testy on the red carpet when reporters asked if she was pregnant.

She was at the Toronto International Film Festival to promote her latest movie, Broken Embraces, when she coolly said, “That’s your question?!” and as People.com reports, “stomped away.”
Is Penelope Cruz secretly pregnant? Penelope has been with boyfriend Javier Bardem for several years now, and she did give a curious interview at the beginning of the month, where she said she wanted babies but not a husband. Now it makes a bit more sense….

Penelope said in July she wanted babies but not husbands. Now that she is looking obviously thicker around the middle, maybe it’s because she already has a baby on the way! From the LA Times:

Maybe the glorious duo of Brangelina figures they’ve been shut out thus far during awards season, why bother? Nah, they were supposedly in Asia and appearing at premieres of their respective movies that they are nominated in. Reuters said:

Penelope Cruz looking pretty hot on location for her new Spanish film, Los Abrazos rotos (Broken Hugs as translated in the US and its international title as Broken Embraces). The movie is written and directed by world famous Spanish director, Pedro Almodovar. The filming of Broken Hugs has just began in Lanzarote, in the Canary Islands. Penelope is looking hot and yes, the Canary Islands can get pretty darn windy so make sure you hold on to your dress!
