Hilary Duff and Penn Badgley caught kissing in New York City! Omg, I hope his girlfriend Blake Lively didn’t see this. Oh what about Duff’s beau,NHL hockey player, Mike Comrie, bet he wouldn’t like this. Ok, they two are working on the set of “Gossip Girl” but they sure look like they are really loving the smooch, don’t they?

Blake Lively tried to get her boyfriend kicked off the show. Blake’s boyfriend is Penn Badgely, who happens to still be on the show two years later. So you can tell how well Blake’s plan worked.

Blake didn’t want to share a TV show with her then off screen boyfriend. But after Penn met the cast and crew, they liked him. From the SF Gate:

The first episode of the new season teen TV series took in as many as 3.38 million viewers, an increase from the season finale in May that rounded up to 3 million. Co-stars of the Gossip Girl, Bake Lively and Penn Badgley’s off screen romance seem to be heating up – no wonder I am dying from the heat lately. Lively, 20 and Badgley, 21 were photographed kissing in the pool at the Paraiso de la Bonita, a luxury resort in Mexico’s Mayan Riviera in May.
