Phoebe Price is everywhere in Cannes. My question is what is Phoebe Price doing at the Cannes Film Festival? Price has been lurking on every red carpet at the festival. Forgive my ignorance, I am trying very hard to figure out what Phoebe is trying to promoting. We know Paris is promoting her Paris not France documentary also, Paris normally get paid going to events.
