Kim Kardashian graces the cover of Playboy magazine Russian edition. Kim believes this is her 4th of 5th worldwide cover. The shoot was taken 2 years ago for the Playboy USA. Kardashian said on her website that “I keep getting different covers in the mail from fans asking me to sign them from different countries.
