Portia de Rossi admits she used to live off only 300 calories a day. Portia de Rossi is now healthy and happy with Ellen Degeneres, but back when she was starring on Ally McBeal she suffered from a pretty awful bout of anorexia.
On Monday, Portia is scheduled to appear on Oprah Winfrey and when there she divulged the audience in her ultra-strict eating pattern in the 90s.
Portia de Rossi talks about her battles with anorexia and bulimia in her autobiography. Portia’s book will be out November 2 and she is candidly honest about her troubles in order for others to get courage.
Portia just took wife Ellen de Generes’ last name, so technically she is Portia de Rossi de Generes…cool, huh? From Popsugar:

Portia and Ellen had a small wedding in front of about 20 family and friends. They gathered at their home in California and repeated vows. Portia was said to be wearing pink tulle and Ellen had on a white suit. Of course. No official pictures have been released, but you can go to Dlisted and get some paparazzi shots. Can these two be any more traditional of a lesbian couple?

The pair have been tight lipped about the affair, only saying it would be small and soon. It looks like soon is sooner than soon! US Weekly confirms the wedding will happen sometime on Saturday. There will only be a few family and friends in attendance, not a huge blowout affair that Hollywood is known for. So, who gets to wear the white dress? I guess Portia, and Ellen will wear a white suit.
