Cindy Crawford’s husband, Rande Gerber, is being sued for sexual harassment. Rande owns a chain of nightclubs and allegedly made advances toward several of his waitresses on separate occasions. The suit was filed in March, and while Gerber‘s legal team say the accusations have no merit; the court documents are pretty skeezy. Poor Cindy.

This week, Cindy and her husband Rande Gerber were clothed and ran in to the paparazzi. They smiled and ignored the cameras until one ignorant guy asked about the topless pictures. Duh – how do you think her husband felt about them! The cameraman got slugged and TMZ has the pictures.
