According to recent reports, Denise and Richie went to a mutual friend’s birthday party earlier this week, which was held at the Rosa Mexicano in West Hollywood. Some of the other attendees were former “Transformers” star Megan Fox and her hubby Brian Austin Green.

The on-again couple, who broke up in 2007 after a year of dating, has definitely been spending a lot of time together lately, and it seems that they are gearing up for a reconciliation—if they haven’t already reconciled.

In 2008, Sambora was arrested for DUI in Laguna Beach and pled no contest to the charges. He was sentenced to three years probation and was required to attend a driver’s education course. He got off probation just last week and well, we know the rest.

This is Sambora‘s third stint in rehab; he had previously stayed in Cirque Lodge in Utah and the UCLA Medical Center in 2007.

However, this spells some trouble for the band, who has a tour scheduled to begin at the end of the month. A source tells our friends at TMZ:

“Richie will be absent from upcoming shows for the time being,” but includes a follow up statement that “we very much look forward to his healthy return.”

Sounds like the band’s got Sambora‘s back on this one. Do you think Richie will be able to make any tour dates this year? Is this rehab stint going to be his last one?

“The e-mail’s not legitimate. It’s a doctored e-mail,” Richards told TODAY’s Matt Lauer Wednesday.

Richards said that if she had wanted another child, she wouldn’t have asked for Sheen’s sperm, noting she was dating Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora at the time. “If I wanted anybody’s sperm, I would have asked for Richie’s,” she told Lauer. – MSNBC

If I were her, I would rather have Charlie Sheen’s sperm than Richie’s. At least you’ve got a better chance of having decent looking kids, what do you think?

At the station, a cooperative Sambora opted to take a blood test rather than blow into a breathalyzer. Laguna Beach PD tells TMZ there’s no indication of drugs.

In 2007, Richie had not one, but two stints in rehab.

I don’t write much about Sambora but I did last year when he was dating Denise Richards. They vacationed together in Maui on the beach??

Richards’s four-year marriage to Charlie Sheen officially ended in November; Sambora and Heather Locklear finalized their divorce in April.

Apparently Richards & Sambora ended their relationship 2 months ago & have been quiet about it.
