A decision from the Fed on whether to seek an indictment of former Senator John Edwards is expected within the next several weeks, mulitple sources with knowledge of the investigation tell ABC News. A long-running federal grand jury probe of John Edwards 2008 presidential campaign is coming to an end as investigators wrap up an inquiry now broadened to include issues beyond the money allegedly used to conceal Edwards’ extramarital affair with Rielle Hunter.
John Edwards is NOT Engaged
Rumors that John Edwards is engaged to his mistress, Rielle Hunter and mother of his daughter, are false. If that makes everyone feels better.

National Enquirer reported “close sources” as saying Edwards popped the question just three weeks after burying his cheated wife of 33 years, Elizabeth.
John Edwards’ mistress Rielle Hunter has continued her feud with GQ over the pictures they used in the April feature story. Rielle sits down with writer Lisa DePaulo and tells the magazine why she carried on an affair with the married presidential hopeful and how she believes the two experienced love at first sight, amongst other delusions.
Rielle Hunter was grossed out by the GQ photos used in the April issue feature story. Rielle Hunter posed for GQ and opened up about her illicit affair with John Edwards (“Johnny“). To be quite frank, the interview was repulsing in and of itself and, yes, the somewhat porno-light pictures didn’t do the feature any favors. But surely she knew she was posing pantless with children’s toys.
