Celebrity news has it that RUSSELL BRAND has been released from jail after posting a bail of $5,000.

Once again, Russell Brand considered himself a free man after he was released on a $5,000 bond following his arrest in New Orleans for two counts of criminal damage to property. Both misdemeanors were because of an incident last Monday where he proudly wrestled with a paparazzo’s iPhone and tossed the phone through a window of a law firm, as we’ve previously reported.
