Tiger Woods misses daughter Sam’s birthday. Now, with the nature of Tiger’s job, it’s not really a surprise that he is out of town and miss family events. The surprising part is that he promised he wouldn’t miss another one, shortly after he missed Charlie’s back in the winter.

Sam Alexis was born on June 18, 2007. Tiger met Elin through Swedish golfer Jesper Parnevik back in 2001. Elin was working for the Parneviks as their nanny.

Tiger Woods, the world’s number 1 golfer became a first time dad on Monday! His wife, Elin Nordegren gave birth to their baby daughter, Sam Alexis Woods. Tiger finished second on Father’s Day in the 2007 US Open Championship, less than 24 hours before his little cub was born.
