Demi was slated to play famous 70′s feminist Gloria Steinem, a role that will now go to SJP, despite rumors floating around that “Weeds” star Mary-Louise Parker was being considered as replacement. Can you imagine sexy and ultra-feminine SJP playing staunch political activist and feminist, Steinem? We can’t either…

But hey, she’s an actress isn’t she? We’re sure she can pull it off. Or not…

Demi‘s currently recovering from what her reps are calling “exhaustion and other health issues” although reports have emerged the actress inhaled copious amounts of nitrous oxide that sent her into semi-consciousness, and later convulsions…prompting that damning 911 call to rush her to the hospital.

Other reports say she was smoking salvia, drinking cases of Red Bull, and ingesting a whole other lot of substances. So we don’t really know what to believe at this point.

In any case, she’s missing out on starring in a landmark movie about the late “Deep Throat” porn actress, Linda Lovelace, a role that we hope Amanda Seyfried does justice to, because quite frankly, we still can’t get her “Letters To Juliet” and “Mama Mia” persona out of our heads…

Sarah Jessica Parker donned a crystal-embellished printed chiffon Pauline Trigere dress with 3/4 sleeves and a long skirt, which she paired with champagne Manolo Blahnik (who else?) pointed-toe pumps and Fred Leighton jewelry.

The “Sex and the City” star finished the look with loose waves, kohl-rimmed eyes, and soft pink lips.

Honestly, this looks is a bit boring. It’s not a bad looking dress, but SJP can do much, much better.

Sarah Jessica wore a one-shouldered, white lace Stella McCartney dress adorned with a large white rose on the left shoulder. The funky fashionista paired her dress—which is from the Stella McCartney Spring 2012 collection—with moss green pointed-toe suede pumps and a beige purse.

Her dress is gorgeous, don’t you think? Probably would have been cuter if Sarah Jessica had kept her hair down in soft, sideswept curls.

After a parade of daring fashion choices, Sarah Jessica decided to play it safe in a figure-hugging crocheted Antonio Berardi gown, which she wore with black pointed toe pumps and a matching black clutch.

SJP completed the look with shiny, wavy blonde locks, shimmery lavender eye makeup, and glossy pink lips.

Despite the “safeness” of her outfit, Sarah Jessica managed to look great—she was very, very glamorous.

SJP is all about the fashion, much like her TV alter ego, Carrie Bradshaw. So really, it’s no surprise to find out that Sarah Jessica, like a few other actresses in Hollywood, is jumping on the leather bandwagon.

The “Sex and the City” star graced the Fashion’s Night Out event at the Manolo Blahnik boutique in a stylish black leather dress with a pleated knee-length skirt and little punched holes on the bodice. She even played up the “edginess” of her outfit with a black leather cuff and black nail polish.

Sarah Jessica was at Manolo Blahnik to sign pairs of high-heeled shoes that she co-designed with the famous shoe designer. The proceeds from the event will go to a charity for public schools.

Sarah Jessica has always been chic and fashionable—probably even more so than her TV counterpart, Carrie Bradshaw—but we’re just not sure about her latest choice. The “Sex and the City” star showed up at the premiere of her latest movie in a bright red Giambattista Valli gown, which came with a flowing cape.

Yes, a cape.

Seriously, all she needed was to put the hood up and carry a basket of goodies for grandma, and she’s all set to be the grown-up version of Little Red Riding Hood.

Sarah Jessica looked gorgeous, but the outfit was a bit too… Halloween.

The Golden Raspberries, or the Razzies, are given to people who have had the worst performance of the year. Yikes.

Sex and the City 2 was also a big winner at the Razzies, which recognize the worst achievements in film of the past year. Sarah Jessica Parker took home a Golden Raspberry for Worst Actress, while the ensemble earned Worst Screen Ensemble/Worst Screen Couple. Sex and the City 2 was named Worst Sequel.

Ashton Kutcher earned the Worst Actor nod for Killers and Valentine’s Day, while Jessica Alba won for Worst Supporting Actress for her work in Little Fockers, Machete, The Killer Inside Me and Valentine’s Day.

At least Sandra Bullock was a good sport last year and accepted her award in person. None of the winners were present this year!

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Parker opens up about how she can’t let Carrie Bradshaw die.

“I would go back. I think there’s one more story to tell. I know there is. I’d definitely tell that [third] story, and I know Michael would do it right. But maybe not now. Maybe in five years, you know?”

This just has bad idea written all over it. Also – in five years? Five years?! The ladies have all maintained their looks well, but Samantha already went through menopause in the last movie.

The Observer.com says Sarah and Matthew have settled on Laurie Tisch’s former place at 88 Central Park West.

The apartment has 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5 half bathrooms, 2 walk-in closets in the master bedroom, and a 32-foot living room with 10.5-foot ceilings.

5 bathrooms and 5 half bathrooms so there are 10 toilets! Wow!

Just Sarah Jessica herself alone has an estimated networth of around $130 million so I guess they can buy anything they want. Now why didn’t I get into acting? Lame!

Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon and Kim Cattrell all looked nice, even if looking at crazy Sarah’s head.

The fashion-forward actress turned heads — including her castmates’ — at the London premiere of ‘Sex and the City 2′ Thursday with an extravagant hat by Philip Treacy and a matching gown by late designer Alexander McQueen.

“He made the dress for me two years ago,” she said of McQueen, who died in February. “I wouldn’t have worn anything else. I wore it as an emotional tribute to him. Lee, this is for you. I miss you very much.”

SJP told Glamour:

“It’s been amazing but complicated because of my current work schedule, which I have enormous regrets about,” the actress, 44, tells the January issue of Glamour. “One would prefer to be held 24 hours a day, and the other is already suffering from type A issues…It is the eternal conflict of every working woman. I’ve done this to myself. And I have a wonderful, wonderful nanny who allows me to be a working person. The great challenge for me is to be all things to all people; I want to be a great mother, and I want to feel good when I’m at work. But it is hard.”

On a lighter note, SJP assures us the SATC sequal is fun and more “light” then the first.

“I love the smell of diapers…I even like when they’re wet and you smell them all warm liked a baked good,” the Sex and the City star, 44, says, adding that she even says she loves “the smell of Balmex,” a diaper rash cream.

Ewwwww! Gay rumors about her husband Matthew Broderick aside, SJP also opens up about why she chose to have a surrogate:

“I knew there would be lots of opinions about, ‘Well, why didn’t you adopt? Why didn’t you do this? Why didn’t you do that?’ and the truth of the matter is, it wasn’t one or the other for us,” she tells Elle. “We had explored, and continue to explore all options, and this one just happened first. This isn’t the period at the end of the sentence.”

I believe they are doing flashback scenes of when they were young? You have all watched Sex in The City: The Movie haven’t you? No? Where have you been? The Moon? Carrie married Mr. Big (finally) at the end of the first movie and one report says that the couple are having money problems!

Who’s not in this recession, ask me. The Sex in the City franchise isn’t having money problem that’s for sure. The movie grossed over $400 million at the box office.

More plot lines for the Sex sequel? We are just getting it bits and pieces since they are keeping a tight lid on the plot. One thing though our Hannah Montana star is said to guest star in Sex and The City 2 as reports by NY Daily

“Hordes of fans began bombarding the set as early as 7 a.m. on the first day of shooting…They looked more like they were protecting the President than Sarah Jessica Parker,” said an onlooker at 84th St. and Park Ave., where the leggy leading lady was repeatedly being filmed hailing a cab. “At one point, teenage girls were practically trampling each other trying to get to Sarah Jessica as she was walking back to her trailer, but her security team was shoving everyone out of the way.”

Now that is just ridiculous. Are we going to read about Sex and the City casualties next?
