SEAL has filed his own papers, as a response to his divorce petition filed from his soon-to-be ex-wife HEIDI KLUM, where he is asking for some assets and a joint physical custody over their four children.

Figures, as she’s the one who wants out and for her estranged husband to stay away from her so she has reasoned out to the public. But Seal? He chose to remain mum about the whole thing.

According to reports, Klum’s divorce docs cite “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of the split. It also says that the former Victoria’s Secret model is asking for joint custody and primary physical custody of the children, while Seal gets visitation rights.
