As you may or may not remember, Shanna accused Kim Kardashian of sleeping with her on-again, off-again husband Travis Barker a few years back, and has also publicly feuded with everyone from Paris Hilton to Lindsay Lohan.

“I feel really bad. I shouldn’t have said it,” she tells Us. “It was just an off-the-cuff statement. [She was] was being gossipy, but it’s not a big secret that the Kardashians and I don’t really get along. I don’t care…she added that she “wasn’t there to talk about them. I was there to talk about me being officially back as co-executive director of the Miss California Pageant, hosting the pageant this year and my new makeup line.”

Carrie’s lawsuit seeks damages from how she claims the organization tarnished her name. It wasn’t Carrie’s actions or statements, but she believes, the bigotry of Miss California that did it. Shanna fired back with her own response via her lawyer at Actress Archives:

 ”On Ms Moakler’s behalf, I can say unequivocally that Ms Prejean’slawsuit is without merit,” notes Avanzado. “More importantly, as everyone who watched or read her public statements is well aware, Ms Prejean’s unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation that she has claimed to have suffered. Ms Moakler strenuously denies that she did anything wrong and looks forward to proving that in a court of law.”

 This sounds like it is going to be a long fight, because I don’t think wither woman, Carrie or Shanna, will drop it until proven right or avenged somehow.

Carrie seems like a prima dona. Why is she suing Miss California, when she was the one to break the contract? According to LA Late:

Carrie Prejean is suing the Miss California organization, Shanna Moakler, and Keith Lewis says a report tonight.

The former Miss California has reportedly filed asserting slander, libel, public disclosure of private facts, religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress against certain named defendants.

I guess it’s hard to tell what happened behind the scenes, since it’s all she said, they said. Maybe Carrie has a point and they were forcing her out over the gay marriage comments she mad. What do you think?

I wonder what Shanna Moakler will have to say about this today?

Shanna is very vocal about all things she doesn’t like. And it’s funny that she is stepping away, since she likes drama in her life. Off again – on again with Travis Barker, her former and current(?) husband. From TMZ:

Shanna Moakler just resigned as pageant director for the Miss California USA pageant, after Donald Trump told the world how Shanna and crew have mended fences with “biblically correct” Miss California USA Carrie Prejean. Just another one of those pesky lies.

Do you think it was blown out of proportion? And shouldn’t every girl been asked the same question, to see how they feel? Carrie might be getting singled out for a belief that many of the other women hold.

She took to her celebrity MySpace page (of course she did!) and wrote:

“Just so there is no confusion or ‘source’ to attack my character, I am saying my side,” she begins. “Travis and I were very much together in September when the horrific [jet crash] happened. Not only did I fly to Georgia, I stayed by his side the entire stay and also for the bus ride home to L.A. I think any human being with a heart … would do the same…I came across numerous romantic emails with MANY other woman — some famous, some I personally knew — all heart breaking,” she continues, adding that one woman involved “should be ashamed” of herself. I am by no means an angel, and I have made many mistakes, but a woman can only turn her cheek so many times…I am a human being and the bashing has taken its toll. Hope you’re all happy.”

Shanna needs to truly stop caring about all this boo ha ha. For the love of God, get over the tabloids and the Internet!

Travis and Shanna have always had a stormy relationship, even when they were married.   That’s why it didn’t work and they divorced in 2006.  But even after that, they were always together, sometimes even seeming like love doves before Travis’ plane crash.  From Starpulse:

And the rocker and his ex admit the crash was the inspiration behind their decision to become man and wife once again.

Former beauty queen Moakler tells Us Weekly magazine, “We would like to renew our vows and have another wedding. It’s not so much about the wedding but about having a celebration of each other and getting through all the crazy things we’ve been through. When you almost lose a loved one, it makes you appreciate things you took for granted.”

Do you think they can work this time, after a hard lesson was learned?  I give it a few years and they forget again.  What’s your guess?

Both men have said they are never flying again.  Do you blame them?  I wouldn’t want to fly either!  But how are they going to get around to concerts and such?  I guess we’ll have to wait and see.  In the meantime, both are still healing but will continue treatment in an LA hospital.  Travis won’t be able to walk for a while since the burns on his feet are extensive. 

DJ AM made an appearance at a memorial service for Chris Baker yesterday afternoon in LA. 

Shanna Moakler is still by Travis’ side and committed to helping him recover.  I sense a reconciliation there.  Any bets?

This is nothing but an annoying, publicity getting event for both, so here is a quick rundown.

Last year: Kim signed a contract to model Shanna’s ex husband’s clothing line.

                Shanna was jealous.

                The two make petty arguments and Shanna accuses Kim of trying to steal her man – yes, he’s her ex.

Saturday:  Shanna was at a party and Kim showed up.  Neither knew the other would be there.

Monday: Shanna issues a statement to stay away from me, blah blah blah.

Tuesday: Kim wears a throwback outfit of Shanna’s ex’s clothing line. 

                Shanna calls her a bunch of names.

                Kim says it was childish and apologizes.

                Shanna doesn’t accept it and digs on….and on and on…

Laura Boyce, who worked for the Lowe family up until last year (07), has accused Lowe of creating an “extremely sexually offensive and hostile work environment”, claiming her former boss regularly paraded around the family home naked and made inappropriate comments of a lewd nature.

Moakler tells People.com, “I’ve been friends with Laura for the past ten years – before she was my nanny – and I completely stand by her.”.

Moakler was married to Travis Barker. They tried to reconciliate even after filing for divorce in 2006 but guess things just never the same, second time around. Barker told People magazine that the couple finally divorced in February, 2008.

Moakler looks pretty good, doesn’t she?

I say Moakler and Barker should just stay together so we don’t have to keep track of them forever breaking up and making up, right? Do you see them making it last this time?

A source insists that this time is for good, we’ll see. Perhaps now if Paris Hilton is still interested in Barker, she stands a good chance!

Travis Baker is literally covered with tattoos. Tattoos from a boom box on his upper torso to  a picture of his wife on his neck. He’s a human ink pad. Body art could be very sexy but when it’s overdone like this.. boy… it’s scary.
