Hugh Hefner had his 83rd Birthday bash at the Palms Resort & Casino, Las Vegas and his ex-girlfriend, Holly Madison was the hostess of the party. The festivities kicked off Saturday afternoon with a Palms Place pool party. So predictable, Hefner!

“I haven’t seen him since I left the mansion,” Madison told Pop Tarts before his arrival. “And it is my first time filming “Girls Next Door” as a single lady so that’s exciting.”

Hugh Hefner must not have been too down in the dumps over Holly Madison.  He’s had at least three new girls move in to the house – months ago.  And rumor has it that twin sisters Kristina and Karissa Shannon will be his next girlfriends.

Hugh picked the beauties because….they are both 19 and already have a criminal record!  Woo hoo.  Young, beautiful, bad…but small boobs.  How soon will the Hef change that?  You can see in their picture progression they move from brown to blonde hair…next week it will probably be white blonde!
