John McCain has Heidi Montag’s endorsement now he gets Lorenzo Lamas’ ex-wife, Shauna Sand’s.  TMZ caught up with Sauna Sand and seriously, Sand looks even more plastic than Montag. I say much more. Of course Montag has plenty of time to catch up she’s only 21 and lots of time to keep doing her plastic surgeries.  Sand keeps saying she’s freezing since she’s just got back from Miami.  McCain must be getting support from some big A-list celebrities besides the D or H-list, right? Shauna would be a H-list celebrity or Z? What about Montag? A D-list?
