In case you had missed the Hollywood news, Sand and Homburger were both arrested for mutual domestic violence back in May. Not sure what exactly went down with husband number 3 perhaps he refused to do a sex tape with Sand? As far as Hollywood gossip news goes, she also filed for a divorce. They only got married in January. Looks like there won’t be any divorce… at least now for now.

Shauna turns 40 this September, hey fake or real, she still looks hotter than most 40-year-old, doesn’t she? How does she walk in those heels especially at the beach?

Current news has it that Homburger went berserk after Shauna told him she wanted a divorce, and we surmise, presented him with divorce papers signed May 12 yet! Long story short…

…the argument escalates to a fight, obscenities are flung, and murder threats thrown about. Shauna locks herself in the bathroom, Homburger breaks the door down, Shauna maces his sorry face. Why does this remind us so much of a daytime TV soap episode we saw once?

So the neighbors sics the cops on them and they’re thrown in the slammer for domestic abuse. The next day, Shauna files her divorce application for real and gets the judge to sign a restraining order to keep her 25-year-old former boy toy at least 100 yards away from her and her kids.

Somewhere in California, lounging around on his black satin sheets with wife number 5, Shawna (Craig), Lorenzo Lamas magnanimously decides to withdraw his petition to seek full custody of his three daughters wife number 2, Shauna (Sand).

And perhaps plots ways to get rid of Shawna (wife number 5) now that Shauna (wife number 2) will soon be free! Ah love, it never dies…

So where were the kids?

Lorenzo‘s seeking full physical custody of their three daughters, aged 10, 11, and 13, one of whom has started dressing like their mom (read: groin high skirts…will we see 5-inch lucite heels soon?), and the other who’s dyed her hair vermilion while channeling a rather ragged Marilyn Manson.

“I am concerned for the welfare of my children. I will not allow them back in that household until Shauna and her husband receive anger management treatment.”

Lorenzo said in a statement.

Didn’t he mean, until Shauna‘s hired a proper stylist to keep her from looking like the friendly neighborhood streetwalker? It’s a really awful mommy image for impressionable tweens, you know.

It’s either that or Laurent wouldn’t do another sex tape with whip cream on top, pretty please…

Neighbors called the Beverly Hills cops near midnight to report a fight in the couple’s home. Apparently, responding officers noticed contusions on Laurent Homburger, so they booked Shauna on felony domestic violence, while Laurent was arrested for spousal battery and making criminal threats.

Strangely enough, Shauna was released after making bail, leaving the husband whose face she beat to a Homburger behind.

Sand flaunts her special brand of style in West Hollywood, CA on Friday where she took her kids to Mr. Bones pumpkin patch in a short skirt and gave photographers a look at her goods as she flashed her undies cheerfully on the way out.

What are you most thankful for? I won’t tell you what I’m most thankful for but I am also thankful that I don’t have a mother like Sands, strictly personal opinion. My mother is MUCH older of course..but wouldn’t you hate to be Shauna’s kids? Let’s rephrase: Would you hate to have your mother lifting up her skirt in from of the photogs? Or just flashing in public? Methinks I would find somewhere to hide. Hmmm.

Shauna used to be a Playboy model, before she ran away with plastic surgery and looks completely different now.

Playboy Playmate Shauna Sand was seen soaking up the sun with her three gorgeous girls – Alexandra, 12, Victoria, 11, and Isabella, 9 – along with her new beau in Miami, Florida on Tuesday (July 13). The girls’ father is Shauna’s ex-husband, actor Lorenzo Lamas.

Shauna enjoyed canoodling with her new, younger man as the girls swam in the water. At one point, Shauna and her daughters posed for a family photo.

The 38-year-old mother of three is allegedly joining the cast of VH-1′s Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

It’s never been said why she is going to rehab….is it for tanning? Too small of a bikini? Too much plastic surgery? WHy do you think Shauna is hitting up Dr. Drew?

Can you be addicted to plastic surgery and tacky clothes?

TV executives have reportedly signed former Playboy Playmate SHAUNA SAND to appear on CELEBRITY REHAB in a desperate bid to save the shelved reality show.

The latest series of the programme, fronted by celebrity drug and alcohol counsellor Dr. Drew Pinsky, was halted earlier this week (begs31May10) after producers failed to draw enough big names to tackle their demons in front of the cameras.

I wonder if she is really addicted to anything, other than publicity and bad dye jobs. What do you think Shauna is addicted to besides all of the bad white trash habits listed above?

She’s dating a much younger dude. Coincidentally Chace Crawford (who’s also much much younger than Shauna) had an affair with Shauna back when he was 18. Apparently she was his first one. OM.. I am going to faint somewhere.

The latest issue of Star reports that Chace lost his virginity to Shauna and he was quite impressed:

“They quickly wore out a path to the bedroom. And though Chace has said he dated a girl for three years while in high school, a friend tells Star: “Chace told me, ‘Shauna was the first girl I ever had sex with! She blew my mind, and I’ll never forget it!’”  Although the friend says Chace and Shauna had a “secret relationship,” the couple dated off and on for a year before they drifted apart.

Shauna had a sex tape leaked with her boyfriend or her husband. She was going to fight it until they pulled out a contract. This is what she says in a letter to Carrie via TMZ:

In the letter, obtained by TMZ, Shauna draws from her own personal experiences, explaining how she decided not to waste “thousands of dollars” trying to fight the release of her “leaked” sex tape — but instead worked out a deal with Vivid so she could maximize the profit provided by her privates.

But just in case Carrie isn’t convinced by Shauna’s letter, Sand has also offered to spend some quality one-on-one time together … to, uh, “talk.”

Yes, we have everything beautiful with Carrie and pageantry and everything surgically enhanced with Shauna. I bet Carrie’s parents are so proud they let their daughter be privileged so she can sully the family name like this.

Shauna and her boyfriend created the tape some time ago it seems, and agreed to release it via a third party. Why pretend you aren’t OK with it then? From Popeater:

Model/actress Shauna Sand has dropped her lawsuit plans over an allegedly unauthorized sex tape… after Vivid Entertainment brought in a handwriting expert to analyze the signature on their contract. A video of Sand having sex with her current boyfriend is set to be released by the production company, and Shauna — Lorenzo Lamas’ ex — apparently signed off on the project, TMZ reports.

So, Shauna was going to try and get more money by pretending she didn’t agree to the tape, when really she did. Isn’t that like trying to take money on both ends of the deal? Shauna won on all sides – she got her ex to say he won’t take the kids away, she’s getting publicity, she’s making money from the tape and she still has a boyfriend. Not too bad for a little work…

Well, she’s got some reason to be upset with Vivid releasing her sex tape,  the DVD is supposed to be released today! Sand has admitted to TMZ that the sex tape does exist, in fact she’s made a few of them over the years. Hey looking at other stars, a sex tape would just be a career turnaround, you think?

Vivid Entertainment dispatched a press release justifying their release because there’s clearly a market for such things:

You don’t know what Shauna does? No worries, me neither. She used to be married to Lorenzo Lamas. They have three daugthers together. Oh, yes you guessed it, Sand is was a Playboy model, she was Playmate of the month for May 1996, a dozen years ago.

TMZ recently busted Sand at the oddest place in the middle of the night. You guessed it! A plastic surgeon’s office. Dude must be needy for a motherly figure, you think? Ok, I am not a guy and I don’t fancy plastic Barbie wannabe. What is her weight? Probably about 100 pounds and you run a search on Sand… Playboy Centerfold… centerfold.. centerfold. Stop, I am sounding like a broken record. She’s about 5 feet 4 and with such a slim body with those huge breast implants – She looks awful. My guess is he either works for a daycare or he’s a gym instructor or perhaps he’s a lifeguard. Sand spends so much time sunbathing, she probably picked him up on some beach, you think? Just wondering where she hooked up with him that’s all.  He’s quite cute for what it’s worth.
