File under: Only in Hollyweird! Shia LaBeouf got into a boozy car accident on July 27th and will not be charged with a DUI after all. Shia refused a blood alcohol test (maybe he’s squeamish?) so it’s likely his license will be suspended, but that’s it. A Los Angeles district attorney is quoted as saying there was “insufficient evidence” Shia was drunk. Uh huh.

Shia didn’t have such a great night Saturday. He was out with a couple friends late Saturday, when he got caught turning left – in to another car. Shia’s truck rolled and then the cops arrived. And of course, TMZ has the pictures.
