Heidi Montag skipped her sister’s birthday party because they wouldn’t pay her. You read that correctly. Heidi wanted an appearance fee to show up at her sister Holly’s birthday party Saturday and the club promoters wouldn’t give it to her. Heidi refused to attend.

We’ve heard (and reported) on all sorts of rumors about Spencer and his supposed drinking and drugging (King of Weed).
