Stephanie Pratt won’t go to jail for her DUI charge last October. Not surprisingly, Pratt won’t be spending time in the slammer after imbibing one too many cocktails at a birthday part on October 18th and being pulled over in L.A. shortly afterward. Rather, Pratt will just have to make sure it doesn’t happen again. For 36 months that is.

Stephanie Pratt faces jail time for her DUI. Stephanie Pratt was pulled over on October 18th on a suspicion of a DUI. Pratt was then locked up and released on a whopping $5, 000 bail! She could land herself in jail for up to six months.

Yet, it wouldn’t be completely jaded to assume Pratt will serve, oh, 20 minutes before being released due to overcrowding. As was the fate for other celebrities (like Nicole Richie) charged with driving under the influence.
Heidi Montag skipped her sister’s birthday party because they wouldn’t pay her. You read that correctly. Heidi wanted an appearance fee to show up at her sister Holly’s birthday party Saturday and the club promoters wouldn’t give it to her. Heidi refused to attend.

Stephanie Pratt was busted on a DUI. Stephanie was partying it up with The Hills gang at Holly Montag’s birthday party when she left drunk. Stephanie was pulled over when cops saw her driving funny.
