Steven Tyler checks in to rehab. Remember just a few weeks ago Steven’s Aerosmith band mates were saying something was up with Steven? They were right! Steven checked himself in to a treatment center for an addiction to painkillers.

Steven fell during a performance and messed up his shoulder last spring. He was given painkillers after that and I guess he couldn’t quit them. From TMZ:

Steven was hurt this summer when he fell from a stage, but Joey Kramer (drummer) says things have been escalating for a while. From People Magazine:

Steven Tyler is injured on stage. The frontman for Aerosmith was performing for a big crowd at the Bike Rally’s in Sturgis, South Dakota when things got a bit tipsy. Steven appeared to fall backwards, and not in a stage dive to the crowd.

People watching the concert said that Steven went out on a catwalk by the stage, but then fell over backwards. From the Associated Press:
