The person claiming to have the sex tape sent TMZ.com a short video and two photos.

The video and photos are clear — it’s Usher and Tameka.

Sources close to Usher believe this video could have been among the things stolen out of Usher’s car back in December 2009. Usher reported more than $1,000,000 worth of jewelry and electronics taken including two laptops!

Two laptops and sex tape, sounds about right but then again why didn’t the sex tape surface earlier if it was stolen over two years ago?

Usher’s camp has been hinting at the possibility of a test for weeks, but now it is a reality and Tameka is ticked! From the Examiner:

The Enquirer says, “The first thing Usher said was, ‘How did this happen?’ – because he was gone a lot, and their sex life was very, very limited,” revealed a friend of the star.  People have been telling him that around the time the little boy was conceived, Tameka got together with another man.”

Tameka is ticked? I think Usher has every right to be ticked and get some answers before he shells out a ton of money in child support for this baby. Do you think the baby is his?

Friends of the couple told the magazine:

The source, who tells PEOPLE that there was no third party breaking up the marriage, says that Usher still lived like a bachelor. “He just wasn’t used to calling her if he was going to be out late,” says the source. “He didn’t treat her bad. He just took her for granted…They’ve been going their own way for awhile,” says Tameka‘s friend. “They don’t spend a lot of time with each other. When they were together, it was all about the boys.”

Usher and Tameka have had a rocky relationship from the beginning. Kids, postponed weddings, lied about surgeries – you name it, they’ve had it! Now you can rack up questionable divorce to the mix. According to TMZ:

If Usher Raymond filed for divorce from his wife Tameka Raymond – it’s news to her.

Here’s what we know. Although there are rumors Usher has filed, we’re told by sources close to Tameka that she has yet to receive any papers. But our source also tells us Tameka hasn’t spoken to Usher “in a few days” and has been trying to get a hold of him the entire time.

As for the courts, there’s no record of any filing by Usher.

Poor Tameka if she didn’t know and had to find out from the media. Shame on Usher for not returning a girl’s calls!

Page Six was the first to catch wind of this story back in February, when Usher forbade Temeka to come to Las Vegas where he was recording his album. This secrecy makes perfect sense now seeing as Usher and Grace were spotted at Malibu Country Market and entering the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood.

Both times Usher wasn’t wearing his wedding ring. Uh. Oh. (busted)

Most likely, Tameka Foster was trying to hide the fact she was going under the knife.  So, head to a foreign country, right? From E! Online:

“The family has demanded total privacy,” a spokeswoman for São Paulo’s Sírio-Libanês hospital told the Agence France-Presse.

“The hospital is barred from giving any information,” said the rep, beyond confirming the 37-year-old mother of two is currently listed in stable condition.

The news site G1 got much more specific, reporting that Foster was rushed to the hospital’s intensive care unit last Friday after going into cardiac and respiratory arrest during a liposuction procedure.

The life-threatening condition reportedly came on as the R&B star’s wife was being anesthetized.

Hmmmm.  Why on earth would you want a liposuction procedure done in Brazil, only 2 months after the birth of your child?  Maybe because they wouldn’t do it in the US?  i hope she is recovering and smarter about plastic surgery in the future!

Usher‘s rep released this statement to People:

Tameka Raymond is in stable condition after suffering complications from routine surgery in Brazil. Her husband Usher is with her at the hospital. No further details will be released, and the family requests privacy at this difficult time.”

Maybe it was butt implants. We read somewhere that Brazil is one of the best places to get a fake booty.

Usher was on hand to perform a free concert to kick off the NFL season last night.  It was all a fun and happy front, but the Sun Times  says he is apart from his wife.   And what makes it even more sad is that she is due with their second child in December.

Usher and Tameka were planning a big wedding, which was then cancelled at the last minute.  Then it was scheduled again and went on, with much less fanfare than before.  Perhaps because people knew there was trouble in paradise?  Hopefully they can work things out for the children…if not, be amicable then.

Well what do we have here?  Extremely reliable sources close to Mr. Raymond himself have confirmed to TheYBF.com that has indeed filed for separation from his wife of only 9 months Tameka Raymond.  I’m told he actually filed three weeks ago.  And Usher is torn on whether he will be making an official announcement or not as he wants to save face and just let it “leak”.  How convenient that his album releases in exactly 6 days, his second video hit the net today, and his album leaked yesterday.  We’ve been here before with the pre-album release publicity stunts (remember the Chilli breakup right before Confessions?).  So I’m really not surprised.  -YBF

Usher Raymond V was born in Atlanta, Ga. at 9:55 p.m., and weighed in at 7 lbs. 9 oz., according to the statement. – as reports by People

I hope this makes Usher’s mama happy, she was not happy with Usher marrying Tameka. I wonder why? Perhaps mama knows that she could be a gold digger! I am just thinking out loud.

So now hopefully Usher will soon come out with his new cd. I love his songs so much and when was the last time he has recorded an album? I have been waiting and waiting.. hopefully soon now!

This will be Usher‘s first child; Foster who’s got three kids of her own from her previous marriage.  Usher’s mother & former manager, Jonetta Patten whom he fired in May is totally against the wedding. She was only invited at the last minute before the wedding & according to Hollywood gossip news, she didn’t want to go… isn’t that a bad vibe when your mother is against your wedding? Mothers usuallyknow all, don’t they?

The wedding plan was pretty last minute, it was decided two weeks ago. Apparently, Usher & Tameka have a lot of differences about the details. So now, it’s off. Probably for the best, me think!

According to the New York Post, there were about 70 – 100 guests who needed to be informed that there was no wedding. The guest list includes Beyonce & Jay-Z, Ashanti & Nelly, Janet Jackson & Jermaine Dupri.

On Saturday, however, Patti Webster, Usher’s publicist would not comment on whether Usher and Tameka were still engaged or even remained a couple.

One good thing that comes out of it, I think Usher’s mother is overjoyed! Why doesn’t she like Tameka as her daughter-in-law? Few possibilities came to my mind. Tameka‘s much older to start off & perhaps mommy is worried that she’s after Usher‘s money? That’s my guess.. what do you think?

Another headline.. Steve Martin got hitched! Boring! Hey.. thought you might wanna know!  Steve Martin married girlfriend, Anne Stringfield at his Los Angeles home on Saturday. He’s 61, she’s 35. Now, a guy is never too old if he’s loaded, isn’t that true? Okay, Okay, they look happy! They must be in love! Who am I to judge?

Usher, 28, and Foster, 36, first became serious a year and a half ago, she told Essence.com last week. “What people don’t realize is that Usher and I were friends for nearly seven years and I worked as his personal stylist for five years,” she said. “I was the only female friend he felt he could talk to.”

When asked whether she was pregnant, Foster said: “Yes, I do plan to have children with Usher. This is the man I love and plan to spend the rest of my life with, so why wouldn’t I want to share that bond of bringing another life into this world with him?”

This will be the fourth child for Foster. Usher, meanwhile, is due to release his follow-up to his multiplatinum-selling album Confessions later this year.

I love Usher‘s music, it’s a pity that he hasn’t released anything for this long.. I will be waiting anxiously for his next Confessions, that’s for sure.
