We’re sure by now most of you are aware that Taylor’s go-to look for the red carpet is a strapless gown that’s in the color gold (or silver) and is usually adorned with sparkling beads and sequins.

Predictably, the singer used the same formula at the 2012 Grammy Awards—but thankfully, it wasn’t strapless.

Taylor went with an intricately embroidered Zuhair Muard gown, which featured a Chinese collar, a sheer panel on the bodice, and a long, flowing train.

She completed the outfit with Prada heels and simple Neil Lane jewelry.

As for hair and makep, Taylor opted for a bun (quite a departure from her usual cascading curls), shimmery gold and brown eye makeup, and pink lips.

Wait…what? We didn’t even know they were dating!

If this report is true, it would appear Taylor Swift is bent on setting the record for the youngest celebrity ever to be dumped by other celebrities…John Mayer, Joe Jonas, Jake Gyllenhaal, Taylor Lautner…and now Eddie Redmayne…

The two apparently met when Swift was auditioning for the role of Eponine (which she lost to Samantha Barks) in the big screen version of “Les Miserables.”

“They hung out in New York City with the movie’s execs,”

a source told Hollywood Life.

“And Taylor developed feelings for him fast.”

So this Eddie Redmayne…is he a smoothie, or what?

“Taylor loved the image of a British boyfriend,”

the source continued.

Unfortunately, Taylor wasn’t cast as Eponine, and Eddie Redmayne, while interested in Taylor, wasn’t into having a girlfriend in the States while filming in London.

“Eddie’s not interesting in a long-distance relationship. The elements were against them. It’s a shame.”

The source lamented.

And we’re guessing Taylor Swift will be lamenting in the form of another song. Watch for it…

The 19-year-old country pop singer, who was previously in talks to play Eponine in the movie adaptation of the Victor Hugo play, has lost the coveted part to Barks, who sang the very same role in the London stage in 2010, and again for the show’s 25th anniversary London concert at the O2 Arena in 2011.  That’s too bad for Taylor…we would’ve wanted to have seen her in her first classic movie musical…

Samantha Barks must be really talented if she’s beaten out Hollywood stars like Lea Michele, Scarlett Johansson and Evan Rachel Wood, who’ve auditioned for the role.

She’ll be joining an all-star cast that includes Hugh Jackman (Jean Valjean), Russell Crowe (Javert), Eddie Redmayne (Marius), Aaron Tveit (Enjolras), Anne Hathaway (Fantine), Amanda Seyfried (Cosette) and Helena Bonham Carter (Madame Thenardier) on the big screen adaptation of the musical that’s slated for release in December this year.

Taylor sports some serious forehead fringe framing her brilliant blue eyes in her celebrity photo shoot for the magazine, where she talks about how she never really felt like she was “the cool kid,” and how awkward she felt growing up, having frizzy hair, and singing the national anthem on weekends when everyone else her age were having sleepovers…

The 22-year-old says she has only one word to describe her middle school and high-school years: awkward.

“So . . . middle school? Awkward,”

Pennsylvania-raised Swift tells Vogue Magazine.

“Having a hobby that’s different from everyone else’s? Awkward. Singing the national anthem on weekends instead of going to sleepovers? More awkward. Gain a lot of weight before you hit the growth spurt? Awkward. Frizzy hair, don’t embrace the curls yet? Awkward. Try to straighten it? Awkward!”

And are the remnants of her awkward teenage past the reason why all of  her love affairs in the last few years, starting from Joe Jonas to Taylor Lautner, from John Mayer to Jake Gyllenhaal, have had “awkward” endings, as well?

“I think I am smart unless I am really, really in love, and then I am ridiculously stupid.”

Taylor admits, and while she’s not dating anyone at present…

“There’s just been this earth-shattering, not recent, but absolute crash-and-burn heartbreak,”

she says,

“and that will turn out to be what the next album is about. The only way that I can feel better about myself — pull myself out of that awful pain of losing someone — is writing songs about it to get some sort of clarity.”

And while she’s working on her fourth album and writing of heartbreak and dissing past loves in her songs, here’s Taylor Swift living the single life in Vogue…

The last film adaptation of Victor Hugo’s 19th century French novel was in 1998, and starred Liam Neeson, Geoffrey Rush, Uma Thurman, and Claire Danes in non-singing roles. This time around, director Tom Hooper will be taking the novel on a musical bent, and casting Swift as Eponine and Seyfried as Cosette…

Will this new version of “Les Misérables” surpass “Mama Mia,” the world’s highest grossing musical film hat posted a box office gorss of $609,841,637 in 2008?

Well, why not? It’s all-star cast includes Hugh Jackman as Jean Valjean, Russell Crowe as Inspector Javert, Anne Hathaway as Fantine (Cosette’s ill-fated mom), Sacha Baron Cohen as the thief, Thénardier, and Helena Bonham Carter as his unscrupulous wife Mme. Thénardier.

It won’t have Meryl Streep in it, but no matter. Consider that Scarlett Johansson, Lea Michele, Paul Bettany, Amy Adams, Geoffrey Rush, and Evan Rachel Wood all auditioned and were turned down for roles in what is set to be the biggest musical film of the decade by Universal Pictures.

We just can’t wait for the first trailer on the December 2012 release!

The Grammy award-winning country pop singer, who’s just added another feather on her cap in the form of her haunting ballad running that’s “The Hunger Games’” soundtrack, just goes a little crazy with her glue gun during the holidays, as you can see from the photo she posted on her Instagram account…

“I get sort of crafty when I wrap gifts,”

Taylor tweeted.

“Like..I had to stop when I found myself hot-gluing Christmas figurines onto the presents.”

Good thing she held herself back from gluing a whole tree with lights on her gifts. Although that might not be such a bad thing, come to think of it.

We like how Taylor puts a lot of thought into making sure Christmas is meaningful to friends and family by spending time actually wrapping their presents herself instead of delegating the task to an assistant or secretary.

Now if only we can unwrap someone like Taylor Swift under our tree tomorrow at midnight…

The ads have been done over so smoothly, you wouldn’t even recognize that it’s Taylor Swift unless you know she’s been the regular face for a few of CoverGirl’s cosmetics for some time now. But her ads have been the target of inquiry by the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus Claims after the CoverGirl NatureLuxe Mousse Mascara print ad appeared featuring her with astoundingly milky skin and fluttery eyes…

The ads promise “2X more volume,” but in finer print below it: “lashes enhanced in post production.”

We don’t really doubt that Taylor Swift always looks amazing, but when the NAD asked CoverGirl to substantiate it’s claims, parent company Procter&Gamble simply decided to pull the whole campaign.

Which is sad because CoverGirl’s one of the most trusted brands around who just couldn’t resist violating truth in advertising…

Taylor, whose last relationship was with actor Jake Gyllenhaal, is now allegedly dating Will Anderson, who is the lead vocalist and frontman of the rock band Parachute.

The country singer reportedly went home to Nashville during Thanksgiving weekend to spend time with some friends—and, of course, Will.

Perez Hilton reports:

“Taylor and Will are MORE than just friends!!!! We’re being told that whenever T-Swizz is in Nashville, she spends “at least 3-4 times a week” at Will‘s house.”

The blogger adds:

“Oh, and we’ve also been informed that the two made snowglobes together! How romantic! AND the two posted the SAME PHOTOS on Instagram!!!!!”

Snowglobe-making does not a relationship make… but who knows?

Taylor celebrated her three Grammy nominations on Thursday by finally changing her hairstyle. The 21-year-old country singer went for full, blunt bangs and sleek straight locks.

We think it looks great on her! It’s sophisticated and mature, unlike her former Shirley Temple-esque locks, which kind of made her look like a teeny-bopper.

Selena may be facing a scandal (well actually, her boyfriend is) right now, but that didn’t stop her from joining her best friend Taylor Swift onstage. The two sang Selena’s hit song “Who Says” together on Tuesday—and you can barely hear their voices in this video since the audience is going wild.

Before Selena came out to the stage, Taylor gave her a sweet and touching introduction:

“On special occasions you want to be surrounded by your friends… and one of my best friends, she is such an amazing singer. In our four years of being best friends we’ve never sung onstage together.”

Selena tweeted after the performance:

“Performing at Madison Square Garden with my best friend was a highlight.. Congratulations Taylor on Speak Now tour!! Love you ”

Taylor, who won the award back in 2009, won again on Sunday, beating out singers Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Adele, and Lil Wayne.

She also won Favorite Country Female Artist and Favorite Country Album.

During the event, Taylor tweeted:

“Standing backstage. So excited to have just won an AMA! I love you guys!AND it absolutely blew me away when Nicki thanked me in her speech!”

Later that night, Katy Perry took to Twitter to congratulate the “Sparks Fly” singer:

“@taylorswift13 congrats girl. U wrote every single NOTE & LYRIC for Speak Now. That is not an easy feat. You deserve every bit of tonight.”

With this latest development in celebrity naked photos circulating online, the hackerazzi scare went up and running again despite the arrest earlier this month of Christopher Chaney from Florida , who’d admitted to hacking Scarlett Johansson‘s email account and outing her private nude pics on the Internet.

What? There are more of them out there?! *collective shuddering of nubile young (and not so young) Hollywood celebrities*

But Taylor Swift is not taking this sitting down. Or even standing up, for that matter. She’s jumped into full battle gear to take on the website, known as CelebrityJihad.com, for posting nude photos of an impostor they’re claiming is her.

The girl in the photo is a young teen lying on a bed wearing nothing but turquoise panties and a curtain of curly blonde hair. Personally, we think the girl in the photo is too fleshy to be Taylor. But you go take a look and judge for yourself.

As of press time, the website article and photo still appear on the website Taylor plans on unleashing holy legal hell on. Let’s see where this legal battle is headed…

Hollywood celebrity websites are thinking maybe the country pop singer has had her share of too many of them in the past couple of years, and she’s only 21. Granted, these love affairs were partly responsible for spiking up her creative juices and bringing us some very interesting lyrics. As well as endless speculation…

Who could she be singing of here? Did he/she/they really do that? Ad infinitum…

Still, Taylor‘s feeling kind of burnt out from dating a string of men, her relationships with whom weren’t particularly serious, and most of which ended badly. Case in point: Taylor Lautner, Jake Gyllenhaal, Joe Jonas…

Her brief time with Gyllenhaal, in particular, still stings.

“He said he wasn’t feeling it anymore and was uncomfortable with all the attention they got,”

a source has said of Taylor and Jake.

“He also said he could feel the age difference.”

But Taylor‘s adamant that she’s fine, really.

“I don’t have a boyfriend. I sit by myself and I watch Law & Order,”

she laughs.

“I don’t even have like kind of a boyfriend. I don’t have someone that I’m texting that is a guy that someday might be my boyfriend. There’s, like, nothing going on right now.”

But Taylor tries her best to explain herself to people who can’t understand why such a young and pretty girl like herself would choose to stay home Friday nights and watch TV.

“If you’re the girl that needs a boyfriend, and, once she loses that boyfriend, needs to replace it with a different boyfriend, it’s just this constant stream of boyfriends all the time.”

Taylor says.

“I don’t feel like I ever want to be that girl. I want to be the girl that, when she falls in love, it’s a big deal and it’s a rare thing.”

Impressive. Makes us wish we could wait and hold out for the real thing, as well.

Taylor, in the tradition of inviting special guests onstage during her concerts, gave Usher a call and asked him to perform “Live Your Life” and “Yeah” with her at the Philips Arena….

Celebrity news heard Usher gush about how amazed he was at Taylor‘s hip-hop swag…

“It started off as a simple day in the park with the kids…we have minivan adventures. Taylor hits me, and says, ‘Yo Ush, I’m in town. I’d really love if you could come out and do ‘Yeah’ with me.’ I’m like, ‘Well, we haven’t had any rehearsals.’ [She said], ‘No, no. The band’s got it. You just show up.’”

Usher related, adding that his son Usher V, was more excited about Taylor‘s show than he was about his own dad’s, and even pleaded to get on stage with the country pop superstar.

“For real, you guys don’t even understand. Taylor, yo, she’s crunk for real. In Atlanta, she came out. She did her thing. I didn’t know she and hip-hop swag like that. She came out and they enjoyed it. Then, the finale, my kids came on stage.”

Whether it was Taylor‘s performance with him, or that she allowed his kids onstage with them, Usher‘s utterly bedazzled.

As previously reported by celebrity gossip websites, Taylor’s new perfume—which has notes of freesia, vanilla, raspberry, apple blossom, honeysuckle, amber, white hibiscus, sandalwood and peach—is set to hit stores in October.

The singer says:

“Wonderstruck represents that magical feeling of promise and hope and intrigue. It was fascinating to learn that you could layer so many different scents to create a beautiful end result.”

Recent reports tell us that “Punk’d” will be following a new, revamped format, wherein each episode will feature different celebrities “punking” other celebrities. And, just in case you were wondering, Ashton will still remain on the show—but only as an executive producer.

So yeah, Justin gets first dibs! The “Baby” singer will be the first celebrity to pull a prank on another celebrity… who will be none other than one of his good friends, Taylor Swift!

The episode was filmed last week, but as of now we have no idea what kind of prank Justin pulled on Taylor, but we’re sure it’s going to be epic.

Poor Taylor. This is probably going to be another embarrassing moment for her.

However, now that three years have gone by, Joe believes that he and Taylor are finally friendly enough to do a collaboration. He says:

“I think there’s a great opportunity for that to happen… We’re friendly, we’re not enemies. People like to think that once you’ve dated, that’s it and you can never be friends again. They see it in a very black and white way. But there’s a middle-ground in that situation.”

Joe adds:

“I’d have to say that in order to save a friendship, you need to be yourself… Sadly it’s not always possible, but I was brought up to be a good guy and I hope that shows. These things take time too. You can’t be friends with someone immediately after a break up. It’s not an overnight situation. Everyone needs some time to heal and figure it all out.”

Taylor has announced that she will be releasing ‘Wonderstruck’—her very first perfume—in October.  She partnered with Elizabeth Arden for the launch and worked with Olivier Gillotin to create the fragrance, which has notes of freesia, vanilla, raspberry, apple blossom, honeysuckle, amber, white hibiscus, sandalwood and peach. Sounds like it’s going to smell awesome!

The country singer reveals that the name of the perfume came from one of the songs on her Speak Now album. She shares:

“I wrote the lyric, ‘I’m wonderstruck, blushing all the way home,’ for the song ‘Enchanted’ about the first time you meet someone… A fragrance can help shape someone’s first impression and memory of you. It’s exciting to think that Wonderstruck will play a role in creating some of those memories.”
