Eva, who filed for divorce from NBA star Tony Parker in 2010, is finally getting rid of the last remaining traces of their three-year marriage—her Tony-inspired tattoos.

Eva reportedly visited a doctor earlier this week to get the two tattoos—the word “NINE” on the back of her neck (Tony’s jersey number with the San Antonio Spurs) and the Roman numeral tattoo of the date of their wedding (July 7, 2007) on her wrist—completely removed.

A friend of Eva tells Gossip Cop:

“[Eva wants all] the Tony related tattoos removed.”

The pair were charged with ‘intent to commit sin’ because the woman was married at the time the sextings were exchanged. Their sentences were later reduced because there was no proof that the texting ever lead to any physical extramarital affair.

Back to the man in the spotlight in the current sexting scandal, congressman Anthony Weiner; although he is not the only married man guilty of sexting but I can’t think of another Weiner sending out weiner photos. This must go down in history as being not just scandalous but rather comical. This begs us the question: Should Anthony Weiner resign for his sexting scandal?

While neither party confirmed or denied whether Parker was indeed cheating, both parties have seemed to move on. However, for the first time Eva talked about the painful split.

“It was heartbreaking. It’s the first time I’m talking about it, so I’m sorry. It was disappointing because I had such an identity in being Mrs. Parker and being a wife. And, so, when that’s taken away from you, you go, ‘Who am I?’ It was hard. I would never speak ill about him or the time we had together,” she said. “I really, really valued it. Seven years together’s a long time.”

Who should Eva date next?

Maybe not. Eva usually hits the mark on the head by looking divine. Last night’s dress seemed to be ill fitting on her. The white color was OK, but the straps hung a little too loosely in front of her. Has she lost weight through the divorce process?

The Desperate Housewives star, who wed the basketball player in 2007, made headlines in November when she filed for divorce from Parker citing irreconcilable differences, amid allegations he had been unfaithful.

The pair’s marriage was dissolved on Friday, according to In Touch Weekly.

A source tells the publication, “The divorce documents will come through today, she is happy and moving forward with her life.”

Eva is a beautiful and smart girl. She’ll snap back with a hottie soon. Who would you suggest to Eva to date?

Anyway, The National Enquirer reported that Tony sent naked pictures of himself to Erin Barry (she returned the favor), that he frequently attends strip clubs, slept with a “burlesque-type” dancer, an aesthetician who looked like Eva, some model in Paris and a few other players wives.

This isn’t even exploring the possibility of escorts and Tiger Woods‘ favorite – cocktail waitress with benefits.

The article also mentions that Tony blames his philandering on the long gaps away from Eva due to both of their work schedules.

In fact, Longoria was so intent on staying in the marriage that she looked the other way for years.

“Just five months into their marriage, reports of Tony’s infidelity spread like wildfire, but Eva chose to listen to her heart and not her head. She stood by her man, believing deeply in the institution of marriage. She chose to believe her husband was innocent. You just don’t get up and walk away from a marriage because of a few text messages.”

These friends continue, saying that Tony has been a bad, bad boy.

“There is much, much more to this story than that. Don’t think for one second Eva made this decision lightly. Stuff went down that she will never talk about. She is far too much of a lady to air her dirty laundry in public, but let’s just say Tony knows exactly what he did to her and it wasn’t the first time and wouldn’t have been the last. Well, two reasons. For one, California requires a minimum of six months before the divorce can be finalized. On the flipside, Texas will rush a divorce through in as little as two months.

Also: Tony Parker‘s divorce papers don’t indicated any prenuptial agreement the way Eva‘s did. While both filed for irreconcilable differences, it seems Tony might be trying to wrangle something from Eva.

Erin was born to a single teenage mom and was adopted by a couple. She went to an all-girls Catholic school while Brent was attending an all-boys academy right across the street. They fell in love at 16 and got married in 1998. The couple have two sons together, 9 and 4. Her husband, Brent filed for divorce from Erin October 29.

Erin gushed about domestic bliss with Brent Barry in a 2006 San Antonio Woman mag profile (unearthed by the New York Post),

“We’ve been so blessed to have such good lives,” She identified herself as a housewife and mom.

Eva, reportedly, found a slew of text messages (in the hundreds, she said) of salacious dialogue between Tony and Erin. Eva filed for divorce shortly after, but those close to Tony say he and Erin were never physical.

“They knew each other, sent each other messages. It was flirtatious, but he never did anything with her.”

This is making me wonder exactly what those text messages said! Can somebody please release them?

TMZ reports that Barry — who played with Parker from 2004 to 2008 — is in the middle of a divorce from his wife Erin … and earlier today, it was reported that she was the other woman who got in between Tony and Eva Longoria.

TMZ spoke to Barry’s father, NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry, who said, “I feel horrible for my son. I’m in shock. I knew [Erin] was moving out of the house soon and SHE was the one that filed for divorce. This is the straw that broke the camel’s back.”

Rick added, “[Brent] is going to be devastated. I can’t even imagine him going through this … the divorce was hard enough news.”

Well, that’s that. It’s easy for me to say since I am not the one feeling the pain but I’ll still say how I feel..a cheating husband and a cheating wife.. they are so not worth it.

Don’t cheat on your spouse! If you hate your marriage, get a divorce first if all fails. Don’t cheat!

Eva found hundreds of text messages to Parker’s phone from the wife of one of his fellow San Antonio Spurs, she told Mario Lopez of “Extra.”

Longoria also told Lopez that that her now-estranged husband cheated on her earlier in their three-year marriage with a different woman, whom he kept in touch with on Facebook.

Lopez added,”She is devastated, she wants us all to know that” “But she’s strong.”

Us Weekly also reports that multiple sources are saying that Longoria Parker, 35, recently discovered that her husband, 28, has been exchanging personal texts with a mutual female friend for nearly a year — hundreds in just one month.

“Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal,” says one insider, adding that her husband confessed to the inappropriateness – which took place for nearly a year – after she confronted him.

Adds another friend, “Once the trust was lost, the marriage was over.”

So sad! After all the “divorce” “no divorce” posts we’ve been doing of Eva within the past 24 hours, yes, she has officially filed for divorce.

So why the split? Longoria cited irreconcilable differences, but UsWeekly ran a report last week saying that Tony has a roaming eye and has been acting a bit Tiger Woods-ish, sending racy text messages to a female friend.

Ouch.

The earlier story goes Parker had filed for divorce from his wife Longoria yesterday in Texas.

Eva who’s best known for playing the role of sexy Gabrielle Solis in the “Desperate Housewives’ and Tony, the San Antonio Spurs NBA pro married back in July of 2007.

We certainly hope there’s no divorce.

Eva, The ‘Desperate Housewives’ starlet married NBA star Tony Parker in July 2007 and the pair are keen to have another ceremony to show their love for one another.

Eva said: “It seems like only yesterday we got married and we want to do it again. Our wedding went by so fast and with the frenzy surrounding it, it felt like an out-of-body experience. A source told National Enquirer magazine:

“Eva and Tony rarely get to spend 24 consecutive hours together. She is always in Los Angeles filming and he is San Antonio for the basketball season. But Tony told Eva his injury is no excuse for a naughty break and he is planning to continue traveling with the team.”

 Eva was out over the weekend with her husband at clubs, but she wasn’t partying it up.  In fact, she only drank water and took it easy talking.  Talking and water.  Then, a different night they went out to a sushi bar with friends….and she didn’t eat any sushi.  She avoided everything raw. 

So what’s the point of going to a sushi bar if you won’t eat it?  I’m saying, she has to be pregnant and hiding it.  The whole deal with Marc Cherry (writer of Desperate Housewives) saying he would be the first to know is a cover.  He already does know.  Fat suit, my butt…it’s natural fat on her.

Eva went to iconic stylist Ken Paves for her new, shorter do.  Her role on Desperate Housewives, the same one that she has gained the weight for, needed short hair.  Eva wore a wig for the first week of shooting, but hated it.  So, she chopped off the locks. 

Actually, she had her husband Tony do it.  Ken Paves asked Tony to make the first cut because that way, Eva could be mad at him instead of Ken if she hated her short hair.  Tony cut the long locks first, then Ken trimmed it up and made it look spectacular.  Would you let a significant other chop your hair?  No way here!

The blowup occurred just five days before a story broke on X17online claiming that French model Alexandra Paressant had an affair with Parker, the married NBA star. After the reported cheating scandal, Tony proclaimed, “”I love my wife. She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.”

Not so, says partygoer Chris Ramirez, who attended a Christmas soiree at Eva and Tony’s San Antonio home on December 7. Ramirez tells Star magazine of a Tex Mex holiday get-together that took a turn for the worse when Longoria and Parker got out into an argument. Ramirez explains, “We were all having a really nice time… I don’t know how it happened, but the conversation got dirty fast. Someone said oral sex should only be between man and wife. Then Tony chimed in, ‘A mouth is a mouth. What’s the difference?‘” Tony’s comment sent Eva, 32, into a rage at her 25-year-old husband. “I can’t believe you said that! What do you mean, you’d take oral sex from anyone?”

Ramirez then described a violent aftermath, where Eva slapped her husband across the shoulder, hit him upside the head, and continued to “drink like a fish” for the rest of the evening. Another partygoer described how the spat would end. “She’s mad — tonight Tony’s sleeping in the doghouse.”

According to Star, the “doghouse” is a separate bedroom for Tony, where he keeps photos of the Spurs and his clothing because, “Eva takes up two closets in the master suite, so there’s no room for his clothes.” Apparently, Tony gets sent to the “doghouse” often, as Ramirez described, “It looks really lived in.”

Hmmm.. do you think Tony cheated on Eva with Alexandra Paressant? It wouldn’t surprise me anymore.
