Maybe not  spacing out the births of her children properly has taken a toll on her already wasted physique and the migraine is a signal her body is sending her to slow down the production already…who does she think she is? Michelle Duggar?

“Anyone else get horrendous migraines right after giving birth?”

Tori begged her Twitter followers for some medical advice.

“Is it hormones? I’ve had one for a week now. Nothing is working.”

Wow. A week-old migraine. And she thought of asking her social network first before consulting a doctor? No wonder she was rushed to the hospital.

According to entertainment news today, the new baby is to be christened Hattie Margaret, and joins siblings Liam Aaron, 4 and Stella Doreen, 3. And while the proud parents couldn’t be happier, Hattie Margaret’s timing is just right to present her to the world on the Season 6 premier of the family’s reality show, “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood.”

“Our family’s so happy 2 announce tht 10/10/11 R baby girl Hattie Margaret McDermot was born at 7:08am! Xoxo,”

Tori sent through Twitter, even enclosing a twitpic of her newborn daughter’s teensy wrinkled feet for all the world to see. How sweet is that?

We guess we’ll finally be seeing what Hattie Margaret finally looks like next month on “Home Sweet Hollywood.”

An indignant Tori took to Twitter immediately:

“Paparazzi chased me w/the kids 2school. I was trying to get away from him and had a pretty big accident. Took down whole wall of school.”

On the way to dropping Liam, 4 and Stella, 3 off to school, a photographer hounded Spelling on the road, forcing her to swerve and hit the curb. Undeterred, the paparazzo jumped out of his car and continued to take photos of the shocked reality star and her kids until other parents chased him off.

“He thn STILL got out to try to get pics. 10 school moms chased him away. Wht will it take? Someone dying for paparazzi to stop?”

Tori immediately took herself and her kids to the doctor’s clinic. But celebrity news noted that she didn’t file a police report and wasn’t pressing any charges.

Wait…what?!  Your 2.5 kids nearly get killed and you won’t take any legal action to protect them?

Was this a carefully engineered publicity stunt to call forth some sort of Princess Diana parallel? If it was, then Tori Spelling would be the dust mote at the heel of one of Diana‘s old Ferragamos.

Kate Hudson – Kate and her Muse frontman fiancé Matt Bellamy are expecting their first child together. This will be Hudson’s second child, she has a 7-year-old son, Ryder Russell Robinson from her previous marriage to Chris Robinson. The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” star is due next month! Don’t you just love that movie?

January Jones – The newly single Jones shocked celebrity gossip websites with the recent announcement of her pregnancy news! No word on who’s the daddy but we strongly suspect her ex, Jason Sudeikis could be responsible for impregnanating the Mad Men star. The 33-year-old’s first child is due in the fall.

Jessica Alba – The gorgeous 30-year-old and husband, Cash Warren are expecting their second child. The couple already has a daughter, Honor Marie Warren who turns 3 this coming June. The little sibling-to-be will surely be as adorable as the big sister judging by the good looking genes in the family.

Angelina Pivarnick – Jersey Shore’s Angelina is expecting a baby this coming fall. It’s a happy and sad story. Her fiancé now ex proposed to her on the red carpet as you can see in the image but only to find out he’s not the baby daddy recently.. The couple has announced their split. We wonder who’s the baby daddy?

Victoria Beckham – Posh and her gorgeous soccer ace husband, David Beckham are expecting their fourth child this summer. The couple is so hoping for a girl since they are already proud parents of three smart looking boys. Amazing to see Victoria so pregnant and still wearing her killer heels! I wonder whether she’ll wears some flats going into delivery!

Natalie Portman – This is a huge year in Natalie’s life. The soon-to-be mommy won an Oscar this year and now she’s going to be a mother. This will be Natalie’s first child with her Black Swan co-star, fiancé, Benjamin Millepied. Their baby is due this summer.

Jacqui Ainsley – Madonna’s ex Guy Ritchie’s gorgeous model girlfriend, Jacqui is expecting the couple’s first child. Guy has a son, Rocco with Madonna, who’s 10. The couple’s baby is due this summer.

Alyssa Milano – Milano and her hubby, CAA agent David Bugliari are expecting their first child, a baby boy. Alyssa is also due this summer.

Ivanka Trump – Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner are expecting their first child together; the baby is due this summer.

Tina Fey – The funny lady is pregnant with her second child. Fey and husband Jeff Richmond have been married for 10 years and dated for seven years before getting hitched. The couple has a five-year-old daughter together.

Montag shocked the world when she underwent ten plastic surgery procedures in one day. Most of us either don’t know or have forgotten that Heidi has already had two plastic surgeries done prior to her big tune up.

Montag wishes she could travel back in time and not have gotten the 10 procedures she did a year ago. But sweetie, certain things are irreversible. She was genetically blessed to begin with… Dear God I’m wondering what she would end up looking like in 20 years time if this crazy addiction doesn’t stop. Heidi is merely 24!

Spelling’s implants have been looking a bit weird lately; according to plastic surgeons, they could have dropped due to her pregnancy. Oops. Looks like Tori might have to get them repaired after giving birth. Sounds just like bringing your car in for service? I sometimes think these celebs have misconceptions of the Dos and Don’ts.

Now gone! Beckham recently told Vogue UK that she has removed her implants –“torpedo bazookas” as the magazine so hilariously call them!

Much better Posh! I’m glad she didn’t surgically remove her accent, I just love the way she talks, don’t you?

Kim says she’s all-natural. Regarding her famous derriere; She said it’s the Armenian genes in her.

The image which looks as if Kim’s suffering from a horrible Botox mishap? Kardashian said it was a bad flu day. Ha! How come we didn’t think of that to begin with?

All-natural or not, we don’t know but Kim looks dazzling and mighty hot in any case. Do you think Kim has ever had plastic surgery?

Kourtney Kardashian – breast implants

Kourtney admits those babies are fake.

“It was kind of impulsive. I was never insecure about my breast size or my body. I just got the idea in my head one day, and that was that,” Kourtney said.

Kourt, we are proud of your honesty and seriously I would have never guessed it. Bravo!

Mickey Rourke – face reconstructive surgery

Rourke, the once boxer turned Hollywood heartthrob (don’t laugh, it’s true, that was probably before you were born) went back to boxing in the early 90s; and Mickey suffered a lot of physical injuries including facial scars. Rourke’s face badly needed reconstructive surgery and so he did; his face was later labelled “almost unrecognizable.” Ouch! Mickey said he had gone to “the wrong guy” for his surgery and that his plastic surgeon had left his features “a mess.”

Lisa Rinna – inflated lips and face filler

Rinna said she first started getting her lips injected back in 1986 when she and a girlfriend made an impulsive decision to get some silicone shot into their lips. Lisa’s famously inflated lips have been deflated as she has admittedly had a surgical procedure done to reduce them.

As for the face filler? Rinna overdid it.

“I saw a picture of myself and thought, ‘Uh-oh,’” admits Lisa, after getting too much Juvéderm. “You have to be careful. I’m a perfect example of that!” “There are many things you can do to make yourself look better,” said Lisa.

I think reducing her lips was one of the best decisions she’s ever made. I mean you can’t really look like Angelina Jolie unless you’re Angie, can you?

Jocelyn Wildenstein –  face lift, cheek implants, chin implants, breast implants eye tuck, liposuction, brow lift and everything else you can possibly think of.

Jocelyn, the Swiss-born, New York socialite often referred to as “The Bride of Frankenstein” or “Cat Woman” has had all kinds of plastic surgeries you can possibly think of. Psychiatrists and plastic surgeons call this an example of “body dysmorphic disorder” or in plain English: someone who’s paranoid of being ugly. I think Heidi Montag would sadly fall into this category as well.

Joan Rivers – facelift, eye tuck, nose job, Botox, etc, etc etc.

Good God, Rivers is 77, despite looking very plastic, she does look much younger than her age, doesn’t she? So perhaps all-natural was never meant to be for Joan.

“I know there’s been a lot of speculation, so I wanted everyone to hear from me … It’s official … Dean & I are PREGNANT!!!!,” Spelliing tweeted.

The former 90210 star showed off an obvious baby bump at the GLAAD Awards on Sunday in L.A. Didn’t we say surely Tori was pregnant?

This will be the couple’s third child as Tori and Dean are already parents to son Liam, 4, and daughter Stella, 2½. Dean is also dad to son Jack, 12, from his previous marriage.

We have been suspecting it for the past few weeks; now I dare say we’re just awaiting for Spelling to come out and announce the good news.

Tori and hubby Dean McDermott already have two young children together: Liam Aaron McDermott and Stella Doreen McDermott. Looks like baby number three is on its way.

An expert told HL this might be because Spelling’s having a baby! As we know pregnancy affects the breasts dramatically even implants. No wonder the normally rail thin actress looks to have put on some weight lately.
HollywoodLife.com spoke with plastic-surgery experts and they agree: If Tori is pregnant, this may be why her implants have gotten slightly unshapely!

“It looks like they’ve sunk and they moved,” Dr. Steven Fallek, NYC-based plastic surgeon tells us. “They’ve dropped.”

So if Tori is pregnant, how far along is she? “Breasts significantly change at 3-4 months of pregnancy,” says Dr. Fallek.

Pregnant or not, looks like Tori’s implants have some issues. The good news is, she can get them fixed! If Tori’s indeed pregnant she’d have to wait a few months after giving birth before getting the fixing done.

Tori has been rumored to have an eating disorder for over ten years now. Wouldn’t somebody do something if it was true?

The former 90210 star — who has two children with her actor husband Dean McDermott — says she hides in the airplane toilet if turbulence occurs because she feels safer in there.

“I’m really scared of flying. The small confined space of a toilet makes me feel better. If there’s turbulence I go and sit there holding on,” she said.

I bet she is in the bathroom, because she is getting sick! Tori swears she eats, but I just don’t see how. She can’t run after her children that much…can she?

Dean is an avid motorcycle rider…but he’s had his fair share of accidents!

The reality star, 43, crashed on Tuesday, while dirt bike riding with two friends. After the crash, he couldn’t move and was bleeding heavily from his right side with a puncture wound. He was taken straight to the intensive care unit at a Los Angeles-area hospital and, says Spelling, is expected to make a full recovery.

I’m thinking there are no more bikes in his future, if Tori gets her way. That’s his second accident in less than ONE year! How much do you think their insurance coverage costs?

Tori has been known to have tiffs with people…hello, Candy Spelling.

“All my cast members hate me,” Spelling told Ryan Seacrest on Monday for his “On Air With Ryan Seacrest Show.” “People say, ‘Do you mean during ’90210?’ I say, ‘No, we were great friends during ’90210.’ We were friends after ’90210.’”

Spelling said things changed after she married Dean McDermott, the father of her two children, Liam and Stella.

“They all came to my first wedding. All of a sudden I marry Dean, and I don’t know what happened. I lost all my cast members,” she told Seacrest.

Yeah, maybe because you were only married for a week the first time and you didn’t send the gifts back. Really, I’d like to hear from any of the cast members. What is going on with Tori?

“I’ve never had a great stomach, but (being ill) just completely tore up my stomach and broke down my immune system, and I’ve basically just been a mess ever since, stomach-wise. It’s about rebuilding my immune system…I’m a role model for a lot of women out there, so I hate that they say these things unwarranted, without any research and facts. I think it’s doing a disservice to women out there that look up to any celebrity.”

Hm. What do you think? She was indeed hospitalized last fall, but do you buy that it’s purely her illness? Or is that just a convenient excuse?

Tori was just out over the weekend shopping with the family. She looked fine, but I guess you can fall quick! From Popeater:

 ”Tori went to the hospital last night for abdominal pain. They released her last night,” her rep said Tuesday. “She wasn’t feeling better today so she returned to the hospital for more tests.”

“The hits just keep coming !! T is in the hospital now with severe stomach pains. We’re trying to get her comfortable,” Spelling’s husband Dean McDermott wrote on his Twitter on Monday.

Get well soon, Tori! Try eating some soup, maybe you’re just hungry. And keep your kiddos safe.

Candy and Tori have famously been at odds for years, taking their spat to the media. Candy came out with another letter, which she claims she sent as an exclusive to TMZ:

I have a vested interest in this subject. My daughter, Tori’s, two-part season finale revolves around my granddaughter’s first birthday party and how she has made what seems like an agonizing decision to invite me.

Cue music. Cue sideways glaces. Clue Lights.

I did get an invitation just in time for the RSVP deadline. I’m sure its delivery will be on next week’s episode with some comment about my house or driveway or street or something they won’t like. I wonder if that will be spread out over one part or two. Sigh.

A big party wasn’t how I envisioned meeting my granddaughter for the first time; but, hey, this is Hollywood, and my grandchildren have become reality show props, too. At the time I emailed “yes,” I didn’t realize I was being set up for a two-parter, even though it was clear I was being invited to be part of a segment for my daughter’s reality show.

Spoiler alert. Don’t read this if you plan to sit through an hour of people looking at their watches and saying “she’s late.” I decided my first meeting with my granddaughter should be on home video, not primetime cable; so I emailed that i would not be attending.

If you want to read all of Candy’s letter, it’s on TMZ.  But it’s long winded and repetitious of her last letter. So Candy is publicly bashing Tori for doing something publicly that she wanted done in private. Gee, I wonder where Tori learned her methods from…

The feud continues to grow, but we get a glimpse on how Candy handles it. From Mom Logic:

“Candy did RSVP to the event but decided not to attend when she found out there would be cameras there. She wanted it to be an entirely private meeting.” But another source says Candy “knew there would be cameras and had her people call a week before to have the photo releases sent over.”

“She waited until one hour before the event to notify Tori, by e-mail, that she wasn’t attending,” adds the source. “Tori was busy preparing and didn’t get the e-mail until after the party. She was waiting for her mom the whole time.”

Anybody who has a child knows that an hour before a party, you aren’t sitting around checking email. So, that means Candy never planned Tori’s parties and that Candy doesn’t earn much sympathy as a mother figure.It’s hard to see Tori as at fault anymore, since she extended the invitation and said cameras would not roll if mom was not comfortable with it.

Last month, Candy said the door was open for Tori to make the first move. She posted a letter on her website airing some more dirty laundry for Tori to endure. Now Candy blames her for her dad’s death, so I doubt there will be a family reconciliation now!  Fox News has this to say:

Candy Spelling is blaming the death of her husband Aaron Spelling on the heartache he suffered from daughter Tori’s alleged decision to cut off contact from the family.

In an interview with 94.7 WMAS in Springfield, Mass. this morning, Spelling said that she and her “Beverly Hills 90210”star daughter’s relationship has been nonexistent for the past several years.

This is news? We knew Tori didn’t have a great relationship with her mother, but to claim it caused her father to die? I see why Tori doesn’t want anything to do with her.

Tori has had two children and can still look this good. Argh! Her boob job is a bit funny and all, but still, I think Tori is healthy looking. She looks like she might have gained a few pounds since critics bashed her for being too thin only a couple short weeks ago when doing her book tour.

Anyway, Page Six got a hold of leak of the book excerpt:

“I told her I thought [her] behavior thus far had been the height of insensitivity and rudeness,” Eustace writes in her upcoming book, “Divorce Sucks” (Adams Media). “I tried to explain that we were a real family, with a new baby and a substantial history, and there were serious consequences to all of this . . . The toughest moment was when my husband kept calling her to see how the meeting was going. She told him it was ‘going great’ and joked that we were quickly becoming ‘soul mates.’ I left the room on that one.”

(eye roll). Yeah, what Tori did was ripped straight out of the Branglina/Aniston book of tricks, admittantly, but how can she really be angry seeing as she’s profitting from it with some throwaway trash book?

Remember, Dean is Tori’s SECOND husband. The first one lasted, oh, less than a year? I think Dean buys a new ring each year to remind Tori they are married! From the SF Gate:
