Shanna Moakler and Travis Barker have broken up again. Yeah, we know. Shanna and Travis news isn’t really news, but there’s some new juicy tid bits about how Travis was cheating on Shanna and had numerous “romantic” e-mails while in the hospital. The funniest thing about all of this? Shanna hasn’t worked in eons (what did she ever do, really?) and is talking about her relationship troubles like they should be front-page news.

Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler are getting remarried. As if one marriage and divorce in a year wasn’t good enough, they are going to do it again.  Renew the vows – can you renew when a divorce is final? – and start over again.

Travis and Shanna have always had a stormy relationship, even when they were married.   That’s why it didn’t work and they divorced in 2006.  But even after that, they were always together, sometimes even seeming like love doves before Travis’ plane crash.  From Starpulse:

DJ Adam is now suing everyone involved in his and Travis Barker’s plane crash. Travis Barker has a big lawsuit out against everyone he thinks was involved in the crash, so why shouldn’t Adam too?  It’s not like other people suffered in the crash…read sarcasm there.

I think Travis’ lawsuit was over the top and so is Adam’s.  Per Dlisted, this is who he is suing:

Travis Barker is suing the Bombardier Inc., Clay Lacy Aviation and Goodyear Tire in response to September’s devastating plane crash. He filed the suit in L.A. claiming the plane was defective and charged the companies with a “negligent attempt to abort the takeoff…the landing gear, tires, wheels, brakes, reverse thrust system, squat switches and component parts were not airworthy.” Unfortunately, Clay Macy doesn’t think they should be held responsible. This could get messy. This was there response:

Travis Barker released a statement this weekend and POW!  There’s no reason to think he and ex-wife Shanna Moakler will be getting back together.  Sure, she rushed to his side in Georgia, but what’s happened now since he checked in to an LA hospital?

Nothing!  She rode her little a$$ back on the bus he paid for and then split.  He says via his MySpace page he hasn’t seen her since.  Duh!  She’s got to get her party beat back after being off it for two weeks. 

DJ AM and Travis Barker are recovering just swimmingly after surviving the fatal jet crash that claimed 4 lives last Friday. Although both Adam Goldstein (DJ AM) and Travis Barker are being treated for second and third-degree burns, both will make full recoveries in the coming weeks. A fate Lt. Jason Shumpert of the South Congaree Police Department said was “divine intervention” adding the the two ”should be commended for being able to get out and keep their heads together.”

Early Saturday morning, DJ AM and Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker were critically injured in a Learjet plane crash in South Carolina. While the two were admitted to a Georgia burn unit in critical condition Saturday morning, the crash killed 4 of the other people aboard.

The plane was headed to Van Nuys, California shortly before midnight on Friday. The plane never made it in the air and instead crashed off the runway.
