Star news reports that USHER narrated to the court on Monday how his ex-wife TAMEKA FOSTER allegedly attacked him and spit on his girlfriend.

A day after hitting the Billboard Music Awards red white carpet, Usher testified in court last Monday against his former wife, Tameka, as part of their continued child custody battle.
Usher describes how Tameka allegedly went on a jealous rage and attacked him and his girlfriend right after they dropped off his son at his ex-wife’s home.
According to current star news, USHER‘s ex-wife TAMEKA FOSTER, with whom he’s still battling for custody of their children, may soon be homeless… because of him.
Yikes!
For Usher, his ex-wife Tameka has been causing him major pain, going as low as demanding for money for her own case against him in court countless of times for the custody of their own children. And if Usher can no longer help it, he can sell his mansion in Georgia… which Tameka still currently lives in!

USHER finally says no to funding his ex-wife TAMEKA‘s costs for their custody battle against each other, star news has learned.

After previously writing over $25,000 for Tameka Foster‘s attorneys and the rest of her costs during their unruly custody battle, Usher has put his food down and rejects his ex-wife’s request of shouldering more of her costs, totaling to $50,000. The RnB artist, who is fighting with Tameka for custody of their two children, is obviously not crazy enough to pay for a legal battle against him that may ultimately take away his kids from him, especially after his crazy ex-wife repeatedly refused to follow court orders and filed useless requests (remember the drug test that she requested from him?).
Singer USHER found prime parking in a crowded parking lot and got screamed at and sprayed with beer by a woman for occupying the handicap spot. Good thing Usher and the woman didn’t get down and dirty with their fists…
…besides which, this is the first time Hollywood gossip websites have heard of any handicap on Usher‘s part. Does he have some kind of disability we don’t know about?
