Whoa!

A day after hitting the Billboard Music Awards red white carpet, Usher testified in court last Monday against his former wife, Tameka, as part of their continued child custody battle.

Usher describes how Tameka allegedly went on a jealous rage and attacked him and his girlfriend right after they dropped off his son at his ex-wife’s home.

According to the performer, Tameka hit him, threw a plate of food at his car, threatened to fight his girlfriend and even spit on her.

Poor Usher. That’s just wild!

Yikes!

For Usher, his ex-wife Tameka has been causing him major pain, going as low as demanding for money for her own case against him in court countless of times for the custody of their own children. And if Usher can no longer help it, he can sell his mansion in Georgia… which Tameka still currently lives in!

Tameka is assured a 60-day notice if Usher ever decides on putting the mansion in the market, but TMZ reports:

“We’re told Tameka fears Usher is going to pull the trigger — leaving her buried in legal debt with no place to live — so she’s asking him for a permanent home for her and Usher‘s kids.”

Wow.

Of course Usher says a definite no to the latter, not after she’s asked for so much in the past, including unnecessary requests during their whole merry-go-round in the court.

Their trial continues on with the former couple returning later this month. Stay tuned.

Well he sure ain’t kissing Usher, so what do we expect?

As we all know, Justin Bieber was discovered and mentored by his pal, Usher, to whom he now owes much of his career success. Now that the singer is making millions and is in love with the equally-famous pop star, Selena Gomez, many wonder where his loyalty lies. He was finally questioned by a DJ when Justin went on Big Boy’s radio show to promote his latest single, “Boyfriend.”

The DJ asked:

“You’re on a raft in the middle of the ocean and you look in the ocean and there’s two people in the ocean and you can only bring up one person and the other person will drown. You see Usher in the water and you see Selena Gomez in the water. Who do you pull up and who do you let drown?”

Justin gave a safe answer, saying that he would offer to sacrifice himself instead so he wouldn’t have to pick… But the DJ was persistent, asking again:

“Who do you bring up, the man who discovered you, or the one that you discovered?”

After a while, the singer answered:

“I mean, Usher’s a grown man, he can get up on the raft by himself, so I’ll help Selena.”

It was quite an unfair question, but we’re glad Justin gave a pretty smart answer! But if that were to happen, we’re sure he’d also have his security save both…

Well, duh!

After previously writing over $25,000 for Tameka Foster‘s attorneys and the rest of her costs during their unruly custody battle, Usher has put his food down and rejects his ex-wife’s request of shouldering more of her costs, totaling to $50,000. The RnB artist, who is fighting with Tameka for custody of their two children, is obviously not crazy enough to pay for a legal battle against him that may ultimately take away his kids from him, especially after his crazy ex-wife repeatedly refused to follow court orders and filed useless requests (remember the drug test that she requested from him?).

TMZ reports:

“Usher feels Tameka‘s actions ‘directly harm the best interests of the minor children. Clearly, such actions should not be tolerated, much less rewarded.’”

Without the free pass via Usher‘s money, how do you think Tameka will continue her fight against her ex-husband?

…besides which, this is the first time Hollywood gossip websites have heard of any handicap on Usher‘s part. Does he have some kind of disability we don’t know about?

Unless, you count that supreme feeling of privilege most stars feel about taking what they believe is theirs by right of celebrity-hood. That’s a handicap right? Particularly if it’s thrown right at your face by some mere mortal who believes the handicap parking spot is purely reserved for handicap persons.

Witnesses say the woman asked Usher to move his car, but he refused…so she took matters to the extreme by shaking a beer can and spraying it at him.

Usher, not to be outdone, upended a water bottle over her head, at which point she started kicking on the driver’s side door of his SUV until her husband came over and dragged her away.

Well, not a fistfight exactly, but pretty close. And it looks like both parties were at fault…one taking over a privilege reserved for others, and one probably pissed roaring drunk.

We really don’t know whose side to take here. Do you?

Good thing the rip wasn’t anywhere near a sensitive body part, though Hollywood celebrity websites wished it was. Then Usher would have been the male celebrity racy counterpart for Lady Gaga‘s breathless Marilyn Monroe birthday song rendition, her “F” bomb, and her seemingly topless jacket.

Usher, compleat performer that he was, never missed a beat. He even made light of his wardrobe malfunction by pointing to the hole in his pants and telling the audience,

“I work hard.”

He sure does. Wonder if he’ll consent to do a repeat performance with a hole closer to his more interesting bits…

Taylor, in the tradition of inviting special guests onstage during her concerts, gave Usher a call and asked him to perform “Live Your Life” and “Yeah” with her at the Philips Arena….

Celebrity news heard Usher gush about how amazed he was at Taylor‘s hip-hop swag…

“It started off as a simple day in the park with the kids…we have minivan adventures. Taylor hits me, and says, ‘Yo Ush, I’m in town. I’d really love if you could come out and do ‘Yeah’ with me.’ I’m like, ‘Well, we haven’t had any rehearsals.’ [She said], ‘No, no. The band’s got it. You just show up.’”

Usher related, adding that his son Usher V, was more excited about Taylor‘s show than he was about his own dad’s, and even pleaded to get on stage with the country pop superstar.

“For real, you guys don’t even understand. Taylor, yo, she’s crunk for real. In Atlanta, she came out. She did her thing. I didn’t know she and hip-hop swag like that. She came out and they enjoyed it. Then, the finale, my kids came on stage.”

Whether it was Taylor‘s performance with him, or that she allowed his kids onstage with them, Usher‘s utterly bedazzled.

Usher and Chelsea made entertainment news when they both willingly engaged in some heavy flirting on Monday night’s episode of “Chelsea Lately.”

It all started when Chelsea asked Usher about the rumor that he likes to travel with a hot tub. The singer said:

“Yeah… A little after-party motivation… I normally do it alone, but if you decide you wanna come back stage we can play in there!”

Chelsea responded:

“You know what? Justin Bieber tries to pull this s**t when he comes on here — now I know where he learns it from! Anything I talk about he plays it back around like he and I are gonna start some torrid love affair… No, I’m too big for him.”

Usher then grabbed Chelsea’s leg and caressed it from the knee down and remarked:

“But you’re not too big for me.”

The talk show host, who once dated rapper 50 Cent, said that if she did hook up with Usher, the problem would be that she has “no rhythm” and “can’t dance.”

Usher replied:

“That’s alright: You just let me handle the rhythm.”

Chelsea then said:

“I’ll just hold onto you — as long as I have something big to hold on to, then.”

To which the R&B star cockily replied:

“Absolutely — there’s plenty to hold onto.”

When Chelsea wrapped up their naughty exchange and thanked Usher for coming on her show, he slyly replied:

“I didn’t quite come on the show.”

Yikes! Too much raunchy comments going on, guys!

Sexy Pippa modeling lingerie by Usher? This we gotta see!

Pippa, who is famously known for her tight British bum and being the sister of royal bride Kate Middleton, became an international celebrity after she sashayed down the aisle behind Kate in a gorgeous, figure-hugging dress. Then, add a couple of half-naked photo scandals plus a very interesting love life and you’ve got yourself an instant “it-girl.”

Hence, due to her nicely toned body and international celebrity status, Usher believes that she is the perfect choice for his upcoming lingerie line, which he will be releasing this summer. Usher says:

“I don’t think there’s a more beautiful, more stunning, more talked-about woman in the world at the moment. I’m going to be approaching her in the next few weeks and setting up a meeting this summer.”

He adds:

“The great thing about her is that she would be a global brand. Everybody knows her now, she would be perfect. I am sure everybody is trying to sign her up and she won’t be cheap, but she has the looks and the popularity to really establish a new product.”

Usher in the middle of delivering a very electrifying performance at his sold-out concert in Omaha last Sunday when his zipper came undone. The singer immediately zipped it up as soon as he noticed.

But hey, these things happen—as evidenced by the number of nip slips that pop up in everyday Hollywood celebrity gossip sites. Actors and musicians alike all have to deal with a wardrobe malfunction at least ONCE in their careers, right?

Lucky for Usher, nothing peeked out.

Maybe Usher should stay away from pants with zippers for now, huh?

A source close to Usher says the two have been friends forever and get this.. They shared some “passionate kisses.” We have always suspected this one.

They told The Sun newspaper: “They had a really good time together last weekend and wanted to see each other again somewhere private straight after. They’ve known each other for a long time but it’s always been bad timing.

“They’ve had a few long, passionate kisses. There’s definitely a spark between them.
“It would have been too obvious to go somewhere in LA and they were both going back to New York for work commitments.”

Usher! We will not be happy if you left Rihanna with a broken heart so do date with caution.

Methinks making music together; these two will be fantastic but as a couple? Nay!

The person claiming to have the sex tape sent TMZ.com a short video and two photos.

The video and photos are clear — it’s Usher and Tameka.

Sources close to Usher believe this video could have been among the things stolen out of Usher’s car back in December 2009. Usher reported more than $1,000,000 worth of jewelry and electronics taken including two laptops!

Two laptops and sex tape, sounds about right but then again why didn’t the sex tape surface earlier if it was stolen over two years ago?

Fergie has been with her band, practicing down in Dallas for a few days. There isn’t word yet on what the group will sing.

Slash, of fame from Guns ‘N roses, and Usher will be joining the Black Eyed Peas for Super Bowl XLV’s halftime show.

In fact, it makes me think that the halftime show will be less on the entertaining side and more on the, “Well, what the bleep was that?” side. Of course – to the NFL, that’s what they’d be looking for – something to actually have people talking about it beyond Monday and Tuesday.

The most annoying part of it all, though, is that the chances of a fifty song medley have greatly increased as a result. OK, maybe not 50, but we’ll probably hear parts of at least five or six songs in a span of 13 minutes.

Are you a fan of the medley’s? It seems that the NFL might be trying to please too many people and getting a funky range of acts together. Should they go back to the days of one act where the actually sing a whole song? Whatever…Fergie will probably rock the house in an awesome outfit, no mater what they sing!

Rather than carry on, Usher left the stage, the lights came one and audience members were told the concert was being rescheduled.

So what was the problem?

Respiratory illness, says his rep. Usher later tweeted:

“I was ill and felt that I would not have been able to give that show that you all properly deserve…I am truly sorry for any inconvenience I have caused my fans. My fans are the best in the world and I am looking forward to getting better so that I can give them the show they deserve.”

“I started having sex at 13. I didn’t understand why I was having sex until I was about 17 or 18,” he said. “Let’s just say this — I didn’t realize that you start to finish. Up until that point, I had never finished. I just always had sex. I understood that I gotta make sure I please this woman, and I hope that her making those noises aren’t pain!”

“Seeing how marriage didn’t work out for me the first time, I’m in no rush to do it again,” Usher tells Playboy Digital. ”Maybe I can find a couple of women who are open-minded,” the “OMG” singer muses. “Look at howHugh Hefner does it, with a harem of women. Every so often you meet a woman who’s very aggressive.  ‘I’ll make you feel things you’ve never felt.”

Usher’s camp has been hinting at the possibility of a test for weeks, but now it is a reality and Tameka is ticked! From the Examiner:

The Enquirer says, “The first thing Usher said was, ‘How did this happen?’ – because he was gone a lot, and their sex life was very, very limited,” revealed a friend of the star.  People have been telling him that around the time the little boy was conceived, Tameka got together with another man.”

Tameka is ticked? I think Usher has every right to be ticked and get some answers before he shells out a ton of money in child support for this baby. Do you think the baby is his?

Friends of the couple told the magazine:

The source, who tells PEOPLE that there was no third party breaking up the marriage, says that Usher still lived like a bachelor. “He just wasn’t used to calling her if he was going to be out late,” says the source. “He didn’t treat her bad. He just took her for granted…They’ve been going their own way for awhile,” says Tameka‘s friend. “They don’t spend a lot of time with each other. When they were together, it was all about the boys.”

Usher and Tameka have had a rocky relationship from the beginning. Kids, postponed weddings, lied about surgeries – you name it, they’ve had it! Now you can rack up questionable divorce to the mix. According to TMZ:

If Usher Raymond filed for divorce from his wife Tameka Raymond – it’s news to her.

Here’s what we know. Although there are rumors Usher has filed, we’re told by sources close to Tameka that she has yet to receive any papers. But our source also tells us Tameka hasn’t spoken to Usher “in a few days” and has been trying to get a hold of him the entire time.

As for the courts, there’s no record of any filing by Usher.

Poor Tameka if she didn’t know and had to find out from the media. Shame on Usher for not returning a girl’s calls!

Page Six was the first to catch wind of this story back in February, when Usher forbade Temeka to come to Las Vegas where he was recording his album. This secrecy makes perfect sense now seeing as Usher and Grace were spotted at Malibu Country Market and entering the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood.

Both times Usher wasn’t wearing his wedding ring. Uh. Oh. (busted)
