Vince Vaughan is engaged. The bachelor and former boyfriend to Jennifer Aniston is engaged to a Canadian realtor.  And seems quite happy to be with her and away from Hollywood.

So who was that handsome mystery man Jennifer Aniston was spotted holding hands with during a romantic dinner over Memorial Day weekend?

Mystery solved: It’s 36-year-old British model Paul Sculfor, and the pair already have been dating for several weeks according to People magazine.

Sculfor, the 6-footer, former boxer and construction worker has shown up in ads for Christian Dior and Jean Paul Gaultier, but he may be best known for a British commercial he starred in for Levi’s in which he plays a drowned fisherman with three mermaids desperately after him and his jeans.

When Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn announced their split in December, their reps told PEOPLE they remained good friends – and it looks like they still are.

Vaughn, 36, was a guest at Aniston’s 38th birthday party on Saturday at the Beverly Hills home of her best friend, Courteney Cox. (Aniston’s actual big day was Sunday.)

The actor stayed for about two hours along with guests including Sandra Oh, David Spade, Patricia Arquette and Kathy Najimy.
