For reals.
That’s pretty ambitious for a guy who became famous for being on TV while guzzling gallons of alcohol, getting into drunken bar fights, and having plenty of one-night stands.
While walking out of a nightclub, Vinny revealed that he was still looking to go to law school… but not to become a lawyer. He told TMZ:

Vinny, who’s Twitter pals with the former “Hannah Montana” actress, carried out a whole reassuring conversation with Miley about air travel that’s been re-tweeted many times over by their millions of followers. Who knew Miley Cyrus hated to fly? And who knew Vinny Guadagnino has the makings of a phobia counselor?
According to recent star news, “Jersey Shore” star VINNY GUADAGNINO has apologized for posting a sexually violent rap song on YouTube this morning. The song, which contained the word “rape,” has since been taken down.
Vinny may be one of the hunkiest guys on reality TV, but that doesn’t mean he can get away with singing about sexual violence! After getting slammed by the largest anti-sexual assault organization in the country, the “Jersey Shore” star immediately apologized and took the song down. He wrote on his blog:

VINNY GUADAGNINO just got an endorsement for “good grooming”, so boo-hoo to Abercrombie & Fitch, the teen clothing company that’s recently issued a “cease and desist” on the guidos and guidettes to keep them from wearing their clothes. The latest celebrity news tells us that VINNY GUADAGNINO has returned to the ‘Jersey Shore’ house! Guess he just couldn’t stay away from the fame—and the money.
Just a week ago, Vinny left the house and declared that he was never coming back, saying that he was “homesick” and that he felt “burned out.” Lucky for you ‘Jersey Shore’ fans, “never” doesn’t mean the same thing to Vinny as it does to the rest of us, because the reality star was spotted returning to the house this weekend after spending some time at his home on Staten Island.
