Whitney Port Has Left Her Job
Whitney Port, of The Hills and now The City fame, is rumored to have left her job working in the publicity department for Diane von Furstenberg. As whispered about for months, Whitney and co-star/co-worker Olivia Palermo were bitter rivals, with Olivia eventually beating out Whitney for the promotion, as publicity hack in Diane von Furstenberg’s London office.

Whitney Port says the Twilight Movie was BAD! Ha! Whitney obviously doesn’t watch the replays of her show then. What can be better than The City in which she stars in – everything! Will Whitney’s words launch a war between the movies stars, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson?

Whitney’s show was a spin off from The Hills, with Audrina Patridge and Heidi Montag - and wasn’t much better. Who is Whitney to judge movie actors? From MTV News:

Cameras caught the actress in Miami filming with a group of friends on the beach when her, um, nipple slipped out. Wait? I thought it was called The City because she had moved to New York to work in the fashion industry?

Whitney Port’s new show, The City starts next week. The Hills had their season finale and guess what? The ratings crashed and they lost almost 1/3 of their viewers from last year. Ouch. MTV is banking that Whitney can revive the shows…

Heck, we all know that L.A. is superficial, oh that’s only when you are in the circle of the IN crowd. But I didn’t know New York guys would be different, hmm…

Whitney Port gets her own show
Thankfully, the most likable character of The Hills broke away from all those bubble-heads in La La Land and is heading to the Rotten Apple for a new reality show The City. Time to trade her BMW for the MTA, palm trees for piss-stained concrete, and a sea of blonds for messy-haired brunettes. Welcome, Whitney! It will take some adjusting but I have faith in you.
