Jennifer Hudson has cancelled the first video shoot scheduled since the October deaths of her mother, brother and nephew. Hudson, the Oscar winner had planned to shoot the video for “If it Isn’t love” in L.A. next week.

William Balfour, Jennifer Hudson’s brother-in-law, and the only suspect in the heartbreaking slayings of her mother, brother, and nephew may get off scotch free. While he’s been held for two weeks in an Illinois correction center, if the investigators can’t prove he violated his parole then he could walk. Frightening.

His hearing before the Illinois Prisoner Review Board is scheduled for Monday, and while he hasn’t officially been charged but police think they have evidence that will incriminate his involvement in the murders.
The “person of interest” in the Hudson family murders is refusing a lie detector test. William Balfour – the estranged brother in law to Jennifer Hudson – was cooperating with police until they asked him for a polygraph test. Now he won’t give them any information…

FBI confirmed this afternoon that the body found is indeed Julian King’s, Jennifer Hudson’s missing nephew’s. Julian was shot mulitiple times including at least one gun shot to the head. He was just 7 years old. The body was found in the back seat of a SUV three days after Hudson’s mother and brother were shot to death in the mother’s house in Chicago. Tragic.
Mother and brother of Jennifer Hudson were found shot dead Friday at a South Side home, and police were looking for a missing 7-year old child who is the nephew of Hudson. The boy had not been located.
A man, William Balfour suspected in the deaths of Darnell Donerson, 57 (Jennifer’s mother) and Jason Hudson, 29 (Hudson’s brother) and was in custody Friday night but Julian King’s whereabouts were not known.
