A source tells Us Weekly:
“She’s been really down, and she’s surrounding herself with young people to make her feel better.”

ZAC EFRON, according to the latest Hollywood news, will be shedding his squeaky clean image even more by starring in an R-rated college comedy with funny man SETH ROGEN. Zac has definitely come a looong way from the ‘High School Musical’ films, hasn’t he?
Zac has reportedly signed on to play a hard-partying college boy in an R-rated film alongside Seth, who is quite known for his sexed-up/boozed-up/drugged-up comedies.
ZAC EFRON has joined the ranks of stars, like MARK WAHLBERG and LILY ALLEN, who have one thing in common: A Third Nipple.
That’s right, these stars all have third nipples!
