Hollywood news has learned that ZOOEY DESCHANEL was mistaken for a Boston marathon bombing suspect by “closed captioning” on a local news broadcast this weekend.

Zooey Deschanel hilariously got linked to the tragic Boston bombing this week.
Apparently, a contributor for MediaBistro mistakenly wrote the divorced comedienne’s name on Friday when he meant to caption the name of one of the bombing suspects, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, during a Fox news news broadcast reporting the incident that serious injured marathoners.
